Immerse yourself in the rugged, beautiful east coast of Barbados at the gorgeous Eco Lodge during this five day, four night wellness retreat.

We will be doing yoga daily ( with some breath-work and meditation), taking beautiful hikes, spending time on the beach, meeting likeminded people and being in community. Eco lodge is truly a beautiful getaway and you will come back feeling refreshed.
Every aspect of Soul Escapes is designed to make you feel good. From our nutritious, locally-sourced meals prepared by a top chef, to our serene, eco-friendly accommodations, we ensure that your body and mind are nourished. The experience is entirely curated to enhance your sense of joy and fulfillment so that you leave feeling recharged.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of pre booking and reserving the entire hotel, all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
If you should need to cancel prior to the August 31st, 2024 payment deadline you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment.
Should you need to cancel on or after Sept 28th, 2024, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full by the start of the retreat.
In the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to someone else that Mikaela and Annmarie have approved.
**We highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to ensure you are covered in the rare case you have to cancel or there is an emergency.
