Welcome to SNOWDAZE 2025: The Souled Out Destinations Breckenridge, Colorado Trip! Join us over MLK Weekend for an unforgettable 4-day experience filled with excitement, new adventures, networking events, and the chance to forge lasting friendships.


The Souled Out Destinations group will stay at a luxurious Breckenridge Resort and Spa, conveniently located just steps from the slopes and Main St. Breckenridge. Imagine waking up to breathtaking mountain views, hitting the slopes, dog sledding, or renting snow mobiles by day, and attending various high energy snow-filled activities at night. 


During one of the evenings, you'll have the opportunity to attend inspiring talks led by industry leaders. Topics will include financial literacy, strategies for building multi-million-dollar businesses, and insights into IT and mass marketing landscapes. You'll also hear from our esteemed videographers and photographers, who have partnered with top-tier celebrities such as Fantasia, DaniLeigh, Quavo, Druski, Dom Kennedy, and others.


Additionally, will provide participants the opportunity to highlight their own business ventures and share impactful stories from their communities. This enriching experience is provided at no cost, emphasizing that Souled Out Dates goes beyond partying and hosting events—it's about acquiring transformative insights and embracing a dynamic, inclusive community. Lodging Information

We have two accommodation options available for this trip.


Two-Bedroom Suite Option: All participants on the trip will be placed in a two-bedroom suite within the resort. Where each suite features a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has two queen-sized beds, while the other is the master which has one queen-sized bed. 


Studio Option: For couples or those seeking a more private experience, we offer studios with a single bed, a living room, and a kitchenette. If you are traveling solo, an additional fee applies, which can be added during checkout.

Welcome to Snow Daze
DAY 1: The Intro

Welcome to Souled Out Dates. On this day we will check-in to the resort following a 3 hour trip to Breckenridge via private shuttle transfer. 


Please Arrive at Denver International Airport no later than 12 PM in order to participate in airport transfer.


Upon check-in feel free to mingle with the group, get comfortable, and warm up for “The SOD Winter Mixer” Club Night.

My friend and I went on this trip, and we had an amazing time! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and the energy was unmatched. The team did an incredible job planning several fun and interactive games/events, even on the bus ride there lol. We were updated on all trip activities through GroupMe, which made everything easy to follow. The itinerary could have used a bit more clarification on start and end times, but I totally understand that things happen and flexibility is needed with such a large group. The accommodations were clean (which is a big deal for me anytime I travel) and conveniently located near the slopes. There were a few restaurants on site, and a shuttle was available to take us to the nearest town for different food options. I highly recommend the ski/snowboard lessons provided by the resort for beginners! Also, huge shoutout to Rámon, SOD president—he was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns we had and always came up with quick solutions. I can imagine how challenging it is to organize such a large-scale event, and I truly respect the team for putting together such a seamless experience. The trip was a vibe okay!! Everyone was warm and welcoming, and it really felt like traveling with a group of friends. Overall, the trip was well worth it, and I’m looking forward to traveling with this group again in the future!

I really enjoyed this trip because I didn’t have to plan a thing and I was able to meet great people. The hosts were very communicative and tried building community even before arrival and throughout the event. There were group events and optional excursions. At any given time there was someone in the group chat invite others to join them in some sort of outing or hang out. I often travel with friends and sometimes solo, joining this group trip was a great in between and I’d go on the Colorado trip again.

The entire experience at the Snowdaze Part III trip was so fun and amazing! I met some incredible people and had some once in a lifetime experiences. I especially want to shoutout the host (Ramon Byrd) for being very accommodating. I had a couple issues with my trip package and he handled them very quickly. This trip with SOD was the best trip I’ve ever had in my life.. The team did an excellent job from start to finish. I would recommend and considering this was a solo trip for me for my birthday and the turn up was real.. I will definitely will be going on another SOD trip. TL;DR: This was an amazing trip, and I met so many incredible people. Special thanks to Ramon for ensuring that I had to worry for nothing through out this entire trip! I was initially hesitant about going solo, worried that people would stick with their friends, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. From start to finish, I felt welcomed, included, and connected. I made a ton of friends and got to experience an activity that isn’t common in my community. What stood out the most was the sense of community—it felt like home, just in an unexpected setting. If you’re debating whether to go, I highly recommend it. This trip is perfect if you want to: 1. Experience skiing with people in your community, regardless of skill level. 2. Capture stunning, Instagram-worthy moments on a ski/snow trip. 3. Save money, the trips packages are well worth it when you compare the cost of going by yourself. I.e Transportation, Lodging, Ski Passes, pictures, and activities The team behind the trip was friendly, supportive, and actively participated in the activities, which made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone. Tips for Future Travelers: • Purchase high-quality ski gear and layers in advance to stay comfortable. • Research and prepare for altitude sickness—it’s worth it. Buy O2 Cans, Tylenol, Pedialyte, Dramamine, and Altitude Patches • If you’re new to skiing, invest in ski lessons. They’re 100% worth it for safety and enjoyment. • Take advantage of the grocery store stop before check-in because resort food is expensive and it sucks. I’ll definitely be back next year! Book without the worry of needing to set up your own accommodations, tours, excursions, etc. Souled Out Destinations does the work for you. Rámon was present throughout our trip to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. He did well in curating an environment for all of us to interact freely and get to know each other, as going on a week-long vacation with a group of strangers can be tricky, but it was no problem and we all got along great! We had a great photographer as well as 2 security guards with us throughout our trip. Overall, it was a fun time exploring the cities of Medellín and Cartagena with this group. Rámon was understanding and responsive in addressing any issues that came up. This is a great company with great potential. I look forward to seeing how much it improves as it grows.

If you want to have an unforgettable travel experience, PLEASE book with Souled Out Dates (“SOD”). I booked my Bachelor party to Colombia with SOD. SOD’s owners, Rámon and Justin, joined us on the trip and ensured we were well taken care of. They meticulously plan everything to give you the most care-free vacation imaginable. One feature that I especially appreciated was their photography/videography service. This service allowed my entire to group to soak in each moment without having to worry about pausing to capture these experiences on film ourselves. Rámon and Justin also went lengths to improvise after one of the primary events on our itinerary was canceled due to a local club closing a few days prior to our trip.
