A celebration to remember with Euphoria Retreats. Come flow at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in wine country at a Thursday rejuvenation and senses retreat. Let’s create your own custom scent with Nomad Botanicals then move and meditate. Join Euphoria’s beloved owner and yogi, Monika Kaufman as she leads you in a 75 minute yoga flow in the heart of Sonoma.

Then join founder Carole Addison-Goyne from Nomad Botanicals, exploring the rich history and elusive mystery of botanical essences as we indulge our senses in exquisite, other worldly aromas. We will cover the foundation and art of organic scents, and then engage in a blending workshop where you will create your very own signature blend from a botanical perfumer’s organ of key absolutes and essential oils.

This one day retreat experience will offer you the ingredients to feed your soul. Set your intentions, enjoy a yoga flow, make a custom scent, delight in a delicious lunch, soak in the spa, and maybe treat yourself to a marvelous massage or facial then meditate and activate your intention. A divine day that you deserve!

The Fall Euphoria Retreat in Sonoma far exceeded my expectations! The yoga flow was wonderful; the time flew by as the two professionals led us through stretching, reaching and relaxing. The setting in a barn with a large patio where we had our greeting circle and then gathered for the meal. The gourmet lunch was presented by an award-winning chef with seasonal, fresh good from tacos to tamales and the best lime creme brulee with passion fruit. All the guests including my friend who joined me were all excited for the afternoon sound bath which was amazing. We were all so joyous and relaxed at the end---we didn't want to leave!

Fantastic small group trip, perfectly scheduled and organized: we were comfortably driven to amazing locations to experience firsthand buthanese nature, religion, culture, arts… all with the very informative and safe guidance of Dorji our guide, in Sanghay’s comfortable van - and stayed in great hotels, with daily yoga on top of that. Participating in the Thimphu festival was an honor, and making it all the way to Tiger’s Nest- amazing. Thank you EUPHORIA!! THANK YOU Monika and Lisa!!!

This yoga retreat in Italy was truly a transformative experience! The setting was nothing short of breathtaking, with serene landscapes and peaceful surroundings that set the perfect tone for relaxation and personal growth. The yoga sessions were expertly guided, helping each of us to deepen our practice and find inner balance. But what really made this retreat exceptional was the incredible food—delicious, fresh Italian cuisine prepared with so much love and care.
