The women from @soundforstress who delivered the instruction were phenomenal. The class was incredibly organized. There were sufficient instruments (bowls, gongs, chimes, beads, etc ) for hands on for the class. The facilities from @lifemovesyoga were beautiful and provided comfort, ambiance, and all needed amenities to facilitate training.
If you are interested in sound or want to add sound to your life I truly highly recommend this training!

I recently completed the sound healing training, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience that truly exceeded my expectations!
