About this trip

Attending a professional KBO baseball game in Korea is quite the  experience, with bat flips galore, raucous, young (and surprisingly female) crowds, unique and delicious food, and surprisingly high-level baseball.

Join us on our second annual South Korean baseball adventure, choosing from Tour Segment 1 (stay in Seoul for four games), Segment 2 (outside Seoul for three games in three cities), or the Full Tour. See our website for complete tour details.

Reviews

Our first time experience with Korean baseball games was awesome! We were treated to a premier lounge at one game with a grand buffet, and behind home plate seating and lounge access at 2 other games. Enthusiastic fans for each team had catchy chants, songs and dances that made the ballgame appear like a rock concert. Our local Korean guides were very knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful in guiding the tour members. The tour also added depth to our experience by including visits to historic and cultural sites in Korea via luxury buses. All in all, a wonderful and fun tour of Korea and Korean baseball!

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The tour was very well organized, with good attention to detail, and it went off without a hitch. Though it was baseball-themed, the itinerary also included other types of activities on most of the days, so there was a good balance. There was also the opportunity to squeeze in an extra activity, so I was able to go tour the Demilitarized Zone. Also, one is not required to do everything on the itinerary, so if you want to take a break, you can. The in-country tour guides, Joil and Daesung, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The hotels were very good, and we ate at a variety of good restaurants. I definitely recommend the tour.

If you love baseball, this is an extortionary opportunity to see it at an international level. JapanBall knows how to plan and execute international travel for the baseball lover. The accommodations were fabulous, especially the location. The optional side trips were interesting and fun. The meals we shared as a group were well organized and enjoyable. But it is the baseball, and the community atmosphere of Honkball Week that make this trip outstanding.

Shane Barclay knocked this Honkbal week trip in the Netherlands out of the park. It was a fun tournament, with a great hotel location, and good optional cultural activities on offer as well. This was my 8th trip with JapanBall since 2010 and I wholeheartedly recommend traveling with Shane's outfit as you will have a great experience no matter where you go.

Baseball was fun. Group was fun, interesting, and welcoming. Folks from 1 to 80. Hotel was very good . Haarlem is a great city. Lots of non-baseball activities. Canal cruise, Van Gogh. Will definitely be doing the 2026 trip. Thanks, Shane!
