About this trip

Stay in a château in southern France… A French château with a lush garden landscape will be your base for 10 days. Experience the grandeur as the nobles did in this beautifully-kept château built in the 16th century.

Southern France like a local: Shop for groceries at the nearby farmer's market, play a game of pétanque accompanied by a glass of fine French wine, and sip on a cup of coffee as you people-watch at a sidewalk cafe... All part of the quintessential French experience!

Charming villages galore: Picture-perfect medieval towns full of well-preserved traditions and beautiful monuments steeped in history are just part of southern France's appeal.

Countryside picnic of yesteryear: In the footsteps of horses, discover the French countryside's vineyards, scents of thyme, rosemary, and wild mint, and enjoy a picnic in the middle of nature with regional specialties and wines.

We had a wonderful time, great people, wonderful vistas, amazing country. Our guide,Stefano’ was flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, attentive to each of us, and a good driver. The agenda was perfect, not hurried, plenty of time to enjoy each site/event. Honestly, this has been one of the best trips I’ve taken. Clean and comfortable lodging; delicious food. Beats having to organize it myself. Would highly recommend.

This was a trip of a lifetime! Iceland is a very beautiful country! Everywhere we went was beautiful! We experienced different types of weather on our journey which added to the charm. The Icelandic people are very warm and friendly and I found them to have a great sense of humor. All of the accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The food we had was so fresh and delicious! Oh and the Iceland tap water was so good! It was very evident that the itinerary was well thought out. Our guide, Stefan, was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and personable and funny. We enjoyed having him as our guide very much. And he’s a great driver and super patient! The people on the trip with us were all very kind and upbeat! We enjoyed getting to know all of them. We saw so many beautiful things … waterfalls, craters, snow capped mountains, ocean views, humpback whales, a baby reindeer, lava rock, geo thermal baths, lakes, etc. And, did I mention we saw waterfalls? Thank you for organizing such a fantastic trip. Will recommend to friends and family! Mark and Meredith Smith

Our 11-day Iceland trip was fabulous and memorable!! The itinerary was well thought out; by traveling the ring road, we had seen spectacular natural beauties. Our tour guide, Stefano, is an Icelandic local; he is very knowledgable and fun to be around. I got to know other nine insperational travel-mates; everyone was nice and supportive. Together, we had great fun. I highly recommend this trip!!
