Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:


  1. Reservation & Payment:
     
    • Full payment of $85 per person is required at the time of booking to secure a spot on the tour.
    • Booking is only open to FIATA Conference attendees and must be made at least 48 hours before the tour date.
  2. Confirmation:
     
    • A confirmation email with tour details will be sent upon receipt of payment.
    • Participants must provide their full names and contact details when booking.
  3. Group Size & Availability:
     
    • This is a one-time exclusive tour with limited slots available.
    • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation by the Participant:
     
    • 72+ hours before the tour: Full refund.
    • 48–72 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
    • Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
  2. Cancellation by the Organizer:
     
    • If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), participants will receive:  
      • A full refund OR
      • The option to reschedule (if an alternative date is available).
  3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
     
    • The tour will depart on time as scheduled.
    • No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

Changes & Amendments:

  • Name changes or substitutions are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour without additional charges.
  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions at The Rock Restaurant) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
