Each day will be an engagement with different facets of culture and spirituality that are an integral part of human life. You will have the opportunity to immerse in the rich fabric of Northern India’s ancient customs and wisdom. The program offers the opportunity to interact with locals but also offers a cultural immersion and new ways of experiencing life in Delhi and the spiritual capitals of India, Rishikesh and Haridwar during visits at Ashram, local homes, temples, and village. Enjoy yoga, meditation, astrology reading, visit to NGO’s, a cooking class and optional Ayurvedic treatments.
