Spring is an optimal time to become lighter and brighter through Yoga and Ayurveda. Understanding we are part of nature is facilitated as we enjoy a two nights stay on over 100 acres of secluded, sacred forest conservation land.
In this retreat we will be incorporating Ayurvedic techniques to provide a spring cleaning for mind, body and soul. Included are five simple, delicious, balancing, easy to digest vegetarian meals such as spiced oatmeal and khichidi to help support the digestive system and release toxins. We will learn traditional selfcare rituals, practice a range of Yoga including asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), Yoga Nidra, meditation, kirtan and more to help us shed toxins and enhance our health and well being for the months ahead. You will emerge feeling fresh, energetic, light, clear and in body and mind. Think of it as in internal spring cleaning!
All activities and classes are included yet optional.
This retreat is open to all.
