Set your intentions in community as we immerse together in a week long Yoga Retreat with Malka and Anthony in the beautiful seaside Present Moment Wellness Center. Listen to the sound of waves as you sleep, slow down, decompress, rest and recommit to your Yoga practice. The theme of this retreat is Spring Time renewal. With various rituals such as Land, WaterOfferings, Sound Healing Ceremonies and daily Breath Work and Yoga practices, we will activate our intentions, and align our spiritual practices with the season of spring as we blossom and transform together.

Malka Lew E-RYT 500, Instructor
Malka has been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years. She first found yoga at the age of 21 at an Iyengar Studio and dove deeply into this practice. It was through her study of Iyengar that taught her about the foundations and alignment principles of Yoga. Then she deepened her practice at the Yoga Tree SF where she received her first 200 hr TTC. She found herself as a teacher while living in Thailand and teaching at a wellness center. She decided to take her teaching to the next level and then received her 500 Yoga TTC from Dharma Mitra in New York City. Malka has found the path to teaching yoga rooted in her Bhakti Yoga background which is a practice grounded in intention and is a form of devotion and gratitude to the preciousness of this life. She is inspired to hold space for others to awaken to the sacredness of their lives and their life purposes. She is grateful for the teachings of Yoga as tools to liberate ourselves from suffering and in turn easing the suffering of the world. She is not only a Yoga Teacher but also a Medicine Woman, Reiki healer and Priestess from the Yoruba lineage of Ifa And Osun. She has years of experience not only working one on one with people but also as a cermonialist, a diviner and a multi instrumental musician specializing in Sound healing. Malka is clear that her personal divine calling is to aid groups and individuals through transformation. She understands that the wisdom exists within each and every one of us and is ready to blossom and her biggest mission is to hold space for this beautiful blossoming with humility, and respect for what is possible to evolve when people are in spaces that are safe compassionate and embraced by community
