Spring is an optimal time to become lighter and brighter through Yoga and Ayurveda. Understanding we are part of nature becomes clearer as we enjoy a two nights stay on over 100 acres of secluded, sacred forest conservation land.
The dawning of Spring is a time for Implementing changes required in order to grow & flourish. At the Spring Equinox, the earth returns to a place of perfect balance.
We will gather to practice a range of Yoga including asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), Yoga Nidra, meditation and more and learn Ayurvedic tips for moving gracefully into the Spring season. You will emerge feeling fresh, energetic, light, clear and in body and mind.
All activities and classes are included yet optional. Itinerary subject to change.
