Khristine planned an amazing retreat at a stunningly beautiful location. Everyone had flexibility to explore and enjoy the beauty and beaches of Sri Lanka, with the daily grounding of yoga under Khristine's expert teaching. I would highly recommend any retreat planned by Khristine.

Khristine led an incredible retreat for us in Sri Lanka. Her deep breadth of yogic study informs her teachings and the way that she holds space. She is a true teacher and I feel grateful to be a student. She is kind and present and warm to boot!!

Excellent all around. Great yoga, great people, great place. Nothing to complain about, at all. Just perfect.

My mind is blown and my heart is full after a magical yoga retreat in Sri Lanka 🏝️. This journey was deeply nourishing—from the warmth of the predominantly Buddhist people to the richness of the culture, I felt truly welcomed and awakened by all the new sights, sounds, tastes, smells, and adventures. The southern coast was an absolute dream, with stunning surf, easy access to boards and mopeds 🏄‍♀️🛵. The yoga was incredible, and Khristine Jones did an amazing job organizing the perfect trip, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful culture, fun adventures, and deeply restorative yoga. It was truly the perfect balance of everything. I honestly can’t recommend Khristine or this trip more! This experience left me feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and deeply grateful—a trip of a lifetime!

This was an outstanding experience. Khristine was on top of her game with arranging accommodations, scheduling our yoga practices, and making sure everyone was enjoying their time. I got to meet a ton of great new people that I look forward to catching up with again soon. The food was amazingly delicious and healthy (except maybe the pancakes; SO delicious they couldn't possibly be healthy...) And they made specially formulated variations of the main dishes for the handful of vegans and gluten-free folks in our group. The staff at Land of the Medicine Buddha treat visitors like residents with their open-door policy on the meditation room (beautiful!), dining room/snacks and huge library of literature. The hiking opportunities in the gorgeous redwoods were out of this world. I regret not having more time to immerse and enjoy everything about this place! I never did make it to the sauna or pool, but that's just one of many things to look forward to next year. Thanks, Khristine, and everyone at LMB for an enriching and focused retreat!
