7:50 AM Departure of Jet Blue Flight # 927 for Orlando.
10:32 AM Arrival in Orlando.
Charter buses depart for All-Star Sport Resort.
Disney World Parks (TBA).
4:30 PM Check-in All-Star Sport Resort.
Students receive Disney Meal Coupon for dinners.
Students return to Sport Resort when theme park closes.
Wednesday, November 16th
Students receive $ 10.00 for breakfast at resort.
8:45 AM Group photo at All Star Sport Resort.
Disney World Parks (TBA).

- $225 - Final payment due August 15th ,2022

Cancellation Policy
ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:
Upon the signing of this contract, the GROUP agrees that the GROUP will not change Tour Operator/Travel Agent or travel directly without Educational Travel Tours, Inc. under any circumstances. In the case that this breach of contract occurs, the proportional cancellation penalty clause “below” will not apply and all monies will be forfeited to the Tour Operator in addition to the penalties for financial losses incurred by Tour Operator for empty air seats, hotel attrition, and supplier penalties would apply.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS will be within the group:
A. Written cancellations received after June 1, 2022, will be charged a $55.00 per seat cancellation penalty.
B. Written cancellations received between 90 days and 31 days of departure will be charged a $200 cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits made to vendors.
C. Written cancellations within 30 days of departure will be subject to a 100% per person penalty
Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.
Optional Travel Protection Plan
Below is a link that will allow you to purchase the Group travel protection plan for your trip. Rates are based on overall trip cost and not age. You will need to enter the cost of your full trip cost and make your purchase prior to the final trip payment in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver. Which of the following situations might apply to your student?
An Optional Group Travel Protection Plan is available for you to purchase for your trip. The Group Travel Protection Plan inclusions are listed in the downloadable PDF document link below. The rates are based on the entire trip cost and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage. The premium purchased through the link below will include CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost.
If interested in purchasing the student discounted travel protection plan please click the link to go direct to Travel Insured. Note: All payments, claims, questions will be done directly through Travel Insured. We are only providing the link if you want to purchase the optional insurance.
You may need to provide deposit/payment dates to Travel Insured. These will be the dates you make your payments to the school for deposits/final payment. Please refer to your school advisor on the trip due dates for deposits and final payment.
• Once the travel plan is purchased the premium may be non-refundable you would need to check with Travel Insured on their policies.
• Travel Protection including CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage can be purchased up until the student makes final payment to the school.
• NO travel protection can be purchased once the final payment has been made to the school. If a student pays their trip in full as an example at first deposit they will not be able to purchase the travel protection.
