About this trip

The trip was an unforgettable experience for the players!  They had access to clubs and training that they would not be able to get anywhere else. What a great time!

CSA Monmouth Boys 2010/2011 - England 2025

Awesome experience for the boys soccer players. Our tour guide, Pete, was amazing and very personable. The itinerary was well planned. Thank you for a great trip. 

Having an itinerary and a guide was great. Hotels were above average although the one in London could have been closer to more things to do and places to go. Hotels food adequate. Local food fantastic. 

A truly excellent experience from beginning to the end of the trip. The group thoroughly enjoyed each professional training session as well as the three matches they attended. The quality of opponents challenged the group, and the matches were of high quality. EPL sports organized a tour filled with sightseeing fun, and Peter was an outstanding tour guide. 

Thank you for this fantastic experience for my son. 

It was an amazing time. A great way to connect with each other without the hassle of 'what are we doing today'. The staff is the best part.

hi -sorry if this is a redo - my computer flickered and it went blank so I am not sure if it sent . . . 

This is my second time on the trip and once again I had a memorable experience and loved it all.  I like that the guides are personable and interact with the kids and parents.  Walking the bus chatting is a great way to make connections and answer questions.  

I would recommend staying in Chelsea over Reading.  Reading has better accommodations but in the end it makes it feel like you are far away from everything.  I remember the kids and parents walking the streets, eating out, going to local bars and visiting the mall area when in Chelsea when there was down-time.  Also families that weren't participating in the scheduled events had the Underground right there in the mall area near Chelsea.  In Reading you feel stuck with only the hotel as your downtime option and traveling back into London is a bit more of a chore.

I would also recommend explaining to parents that the accommodations might not be to the 5-star they are use to but everything is clean and safe.  When traveling with large group of kids you need to stay in a hotel that is use to that (which isn't  the 5 star quality they might be use to!). Also thought it was good to finish the last night right near the airport so those leaving at different times can easily get to Heathrow without worrying about traffic.

To travel internationally with a soccer focus is an experience of a lifetime for these boys and one they won't forget!

HS Pre Season - England Tour 2024

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for our boys- the ability to go on a trip like this with their teammates and best friends was one of a kind.  Al and Cian were amazing tour guides- always keeping us informed and accommodating our many questions and requests.   We got to see and experience so much in such a short period of time.  I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone moving forward and hope my daughter will have the opportunity to go on it for herself in a few years.  I wish that we had more time to hang out in London / stayed closer to the city vs all the way out in Reading.  St Georges Park was gorgeous and wouldn’t have minded spending an extra night there.  The hotel in Manchester was our least fav part of the tour- I would not recommend that hotel in the future.  And I would say that many families with us included were over the hotel buffets by the end.  But these are minor feedback points for an overall fantastic trip.  Thank you!!!

The FA NJ England Tour 2024

Outstanding soccer trip to England and Wales. Our tour leaders Deio, Daniel, and Lawrence were fantastic. Their sense of humor and wit made for an enjoyable experience. All were excellent communicators and they managed the logistics of traveling with ease and were always attentive to the needs of our group. I am looking forward to another trip in the future.

We had a wonderful time!  The guides (Al amd Cain) were engaging, helpful and resourceful.  My kids had a blast with all of the activities planned.  Ideally it would be nice to have other dinner options besides buffets but understandable with that many people on the trip.  The hotels were great with the exception of Manchester which could have been better accommodations.

I can't thank the team enough for such an amazing trip.  Daniel and Deio were nothing short of amazing.  Diligent, detailed, hard-working, and overall just kind people.  The schedule was packed and both handled the details to perfection.  We would absolutely do this trip again.  Thank you in spades!

We had a great time and experience! An amazing experience and once in a lifetime opportunity for my son.  He enjoyed it and will remember it forever!  Thank you EPL Sports for the memories!  

Wonderful trip.  They were very accommodating.  Hotels, bus, tours, and food were great!  Our tour guides and bus driver were THE BEST! One evening meal was bad and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation, very pleased.  Would highly recommend.  

West-Mont Boys - England Tour 2024

Great trip, well organized and wonderful tour leaders. We enjoyed the experience very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip.  My son had an amazing time - both Barcelona and Madrid were terrific.  The soccer training was great.  Would have been nice to see some professional matches, but even without that it was very worthwhile.  The cultural experience was well worth the trip and the bonding with teammates was important.  Thomas, our local guide/chaperone was really super.  Just a very nice person with lots of input.  There were parts of the trip that were perhaps - a little less fully planned.  But my son and I don't mind that at all and it's sort of part of the fun to figure things out.  In all, this will be a trip he and I remember forever.  We are grateful for the opportunity and thank Thomas, Dave B and the EPL team for all the efforts.

We had an amazing time during our trip. David and Thomas were fantastic! Our family is confident that we will definitely plan another trip with them without hesitation. Our players and parents had a lot of fun, and our son enjoyed spending time with his teammates. The coaches who traveled with us were wonderful during practices and games. The accommodations were perfect and very comfortable. The food was excellent and very tasty. We felt very safe and comfortable on the bus, and the drivers did a great job too. The entire trip was very well organized, the schedules, itinerary, and communication were outstanding. This was our first time traveling with a group, and our experience was exceptional. Many thanks to David Boyd and Thomas for making it such a memorable trip!

Our family had a very memorable experience! EPL went above and beyond to accommodate our group after 2 flight cancelations, for which they had no control over and were not at fault. Sam was in constant communication with the group and addressed any questions/concerns. Tim was an amazing guide and such a pleasure to spend time with on and off the bus. The soccer was amazing and truly a once in a lifetime experience for all of the boys on the trip. 

FC Europa - England Tour 2024

Exceeded expectations - so much to do and see.  Wonderful accommodations, especially St George Park.  I cannot sing Peter’s praises enough.   He was absolutely a perfect fit for our group and he made a team of lasting friendships!  We can’t wait for him to come to the US to see us.  We absolutely adore him!  Sam was amazing, going above and beyond.  Not only did she make sure we had everything we needed, she had fabulous local recommendations , and went out of her way to get sunglasses back to my son.  (He left them at St George Park and she made sure they got to Manchester). Our driver Tony was awesome!  Not only did he keep us safe - he was an absolute blast to hang out with.   Your people make this experience absolutely perfect !   Can’t thank them enough!  Great memories made!

We had an amazing time in England. We liked the staff members, they were caring and patient. They did not hesitate to help the people there. We liked the hotels and how the events were planned. My boy enjoyed the stadium's a lot.

We had a group of 17 boys plus parents/siblings.  Due to airline issues, the bulk of the travelers (not including me and my son) were delayed 2 whole days as their flight was cancelled twice.  I thought EPL did a good job trying to keep the same schedule in tact for the 4 families that were already in London.  I thought they also handled the rescheduling of events/travel in a manner that kept the tour consistent with our expectations.  While there clearly were issues not the fault of EPL, I do think they could have communicated a bit better regarding the plans that changed and arranging for things like late dinners and lunches on the go.  While it was a lot of soccer for my son and the boys, he enjoyed the games, appreciated the training and relished visiting the stadiums.  Our finale was the Community Shield at Wembley Stadium, which was an amazing match and we had great seats.  Would recommend for those looking for sports-centric tours for their kids, knowing that this is not a tourist trip for the parents, it is a sports trip for your kid.  Also, be prepared for long bus rides, but a chance to take in the countryside.

It was an amazing experience.  Our tour guide, David, was wonderful, and everything was well planned and excuted.

Delaware FC - Gothia Cup 24

It was a great trip. Dave did a good job getting everyone organized! He was outstanding. 
The only thing I would change is I’d rather take a train from Stockholm to Gothenburg instead of the bus. 

We had a great trip.  Dave was an excellent guide and we couldn't have made it to all of our games/locations without his organization and scouting.  Sweden was wonderful and the travel was great and safe.  We couldn't be happier.

Overall good trip but room for improvement for sure.  1.  We paid very high prices for airfare.  Very high compared to if we booked on our own.  When we arrived at Los Angeles Airport, to fly to Barcelona, we boarded a plane that had dirty floors, dirty ripped seats, bathrooms with urine stains, ripped up flooring.  This 12-hour flight had NO entertainment, no wifii, nothing to do for 12 hours. Terrible.  EPL should demand back some of that money and return to us.  Also, our guides were pushing the Eurocup on our group too aggressively.  Our young men did not experience the closing ceremony, end of tournament party with DJ as our group leader was pushing to find a bar to go watch England play in the Eurocup final even after a player asked in our group text about the closing ceremony.  That text went left un-answered.  

Strikers FC North B07 RF - Donosti Cup 2024

This was a truly special trip.  It was a great way for a 14 year old boy to see more of Spain doing something that he loves.  The people, the accommodations and the soccer tournament itself were great.  My son loved his experience and we highly recommend it to others.  

FC NE - Donosti Cup 2024

We had a good time. The staff was excellent and the travel logistics very well organized. But we were not satisfied with the hotel choices. in Barcelona and Madrid we were too far from town. It San Sebastián the choice was OK but not ideal. We would have made different choices. 

Sam Dyer is one incredible lady.  She made sure everything was in order, made sure busses were managed and everyone was where they needed to be.  Hotel in Barcelona was just ok.  Foul odor in our rooms, elevators were slow and not welcoming considering it was under construction. It seemed they weren’t ready for us.  Bus ride was very long without a toilet on board.  San Sebastián hotel was nice and great location.  I felt this tournament was disorganized and did not care for the opening ceremony or the management of it.  That has nothing to do with EPL, just an observation.  Madrid hotel was nice and close to airport for the transfer.  Overall, great trip.

What an experience for all!! We had such a wonderful trip getting to know the other soccer families and locals along the way.  We will definitely be back!

My son had a fantastic time in Spain and Donosti Cup! Sam is the best tour guide, accommodations are amazing, and transportation is top notch!! The tour helped make all parties vacation wonderful and they adjusted on a dime to any situation!!! Thank you for everything you did to make my sons vacation the very best!!

Trip of a lifetime. My family will remember this forever

This was a great trip.  We saw so many places and beautiful sites.  The soccer was a great experience as well.  Looking forward to another trip next year.  Sam, Ivan and Joe were great guides.

My kids have a wonderfull time and enjoy all visits, tours, games, new friends, etc.

FCNE was absolutely amazing, including the infamous Thomas. He made our trip the best it possibly could for our family. FCNE was easily accessible via phone/Whatsapp when we had questions regarding anything. Accomodations were good, if traveling with family, would recommend ensuring you request them next to each other as it's possible. 

If I was to rate this on our contact person from EPL Sports Tour, it would be 5 stars without hesitation but I have to include the planes, bus, hotel and other travel arrangements. The plane ride  from US to Europe was just awful. No internet, bad food, no movie selection and the plane seemed like it was from the 1970's. On the opposite spectrum, the plane ride back was nothing but great. The hotel selection for all three areas was away from any "active/tourist" area so that can be a coin flip depending on your preference. Travel to the games and hotel was fantastic. I would say the overall trip was great, just get use to the public transportation to be able to visit the active/tourist spots to be able to stay longer in those spots

We had an amazing trip and were so well taken care of by the EPL Sports team.  Sam, in particular, was fantastic as always.  She anticipated our group's needs extraordinarily well and pivoted when itineraries needed to change.  Sam dealt with uncertainty in a professional manner and communicated in such a positive way throughout the trip, she is an absolute gem!

We had a great experience! It  was extremely well organized.
