Stream Renew: The Greek Experience is a gift for the senses. Join me and an extraordinary group of people for a five-day, four night transformational retreat in the beautiful and intimate setting of Koufonisia. An exclusive sanctuary boasting majestic beaches, picturesque white washed houses and the unique energy of Greece. 

The marriage of yoga, deep inner work and travel is a uniquely transformative experience because it allows students & teacher to escape the fog of our everyday lives (filled with commitments, to-dos, work and, family) and, to carve out space to just BE. 

Each day consists of mindfulness exercises, advanced breath work, guided meditations, leadership curriculum, deep listening, individual reflection, small group work, outdoor exploration and connection to nature, healthy and delicious food, and conscious conversations to help you increase self-awareness, find clarity and confidence, and align your passions with your purpose.

We will be staying in two outstanding Villas, 11 people in each. The location is ideal to walk everywhere. The beach is just a short ten minute walk away,  while the picturesque town is a beautiful thirty minutes walk. 

The villas blend harmoniously with the raw landscape of Koufonisia and their large outdoor spaces and patios are ideal for lazy afternoon siestas and reading. The zen atmosphere complemented by a covered outdoor yoga shala where we will practice daily yoga and meditation and a thai-massage room, both made with natural materials.

You don't need to be an expert yogi to join, some previous practice is recommended, but don't let that stop you, if tree pose is not your forte, feel free to practice "branch" :). This is yoga for everybody and every body. 

While we will have plenty of time to connect, have fun and play, please bear in mind that this is not a party retreat and consumption of alcohol is not permitted during the duration of the retreat.  

We will gently play with the practice of silence at breakfast time, right after morning yoga and meditation. In our busy lives we rarely experience silence & mindful eating and, both have a profound effect in our wellbeing. 

All yoga props will be provided, you only need to bring comfortable, appropriate clothes to practice. 

Both men and women age of 18 and older are welcome in this retreat. 

The Koufonisia islands are two tiny gems in the Cyclades, where exotic beaches, friendly locals and great food come in big measures. You will be staying at a complex of traditional dwellings and houses, typical of the islands unique architecture with state-of-the-art services. 

Most of the villas stand in a tranquil spot in the northeast of the island, just a few minutes’ walk from Pori, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Aegean and one of them overlooks Italida and Fanos beach.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BELOW SOME OF THE T&C THAT APPLY TO STREAM RENEW: THE GREEK EXPERIENCE 

1. Booking. (a) Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist until we receive a US$500 non-refundable security deposit from you and you agree to these terms and conditions. (b) We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Payment. (a) The price is the exact amount to be received by us in Euros. (b) The full payment amount is due the latest 60 days before the retreat starts, by logging into your WeTravel account and paying with credit card or checking account, or check in person.

3. Your Travel Arrangements . All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.

4. Travel Insurance. (a) Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance we require that your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.

5. Cancellation by you. Due to the costly, non-refundable nature of reserving venues, planing and creating specific materials for the retreat: (a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the commencement of the retreat at no cost minus the $500 non-refundable deposit, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If such cancellation is made within less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, we will retain the 100% of total fee of the retreat. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made 60 days before the start of the retreat. However, if another person can be found to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion. There is a $100 admin fee for all cancellations. 

(b) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.
