Restore, renew, and relax with this yoga and wellness retreat! Make yourself the priority and take a long weekend to relax on the beach, with a glass or wine, or just going deeper into your yoga and meditation practice. This weekend was designed for you to practice self-care and self-love and start your summer off right!
Each day will begin with a yoga class at the one-site yoga studio, then have a healthy and nourishing breakfast, followed by some free time in the sauna, hot tub, or maybe just read a book or wander the meditation trails.
Each day will have an activity like a workshop, free time at the beach, a trip to a winery, or free time to do whatever feels good to you!
Then enjoy an evening relaxation and mindfulness practice followed by a healthy and nourishing dinner. In the evenings you will get the opportunity to connect with fellow yogis, chat, and have one-on-one time with Kelly.
All meals can be made vegetarian and vegan friendly and all activities are included but optional.
Each participant will receive one free yoga or reiki session at the retreat.
