Everyone! All levels and bodies are welcome.
Hi, I’m Caro from Chandra Yoga. I’m thrilled to introduce our new weekend program designed to complement your weekday practice and help you deepen your asana journey. We draw from a variety of modalities to support a more sustainable, long-term practice.
Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect in class:
- We begin with kundalini-inspired pranayama to center and energize.
- Our asana practice includes Ashtanga, 26&2/84-based sequences, with influences from JMVinyasa and Lux yoga styles.
- We finish with 5-10 minutes of closing meditation.
If you’re new to meditation or sitting in stillness, this class is a great way to gently introduce these practices into your daily routine.
Suggested (but optional) props:
- Two yoga blocks
- A yoga strap
