With the growing need for flood and swiftwater rescues, this is the next step to establishing a swiftwater rescue team in your area. During this 2 day (16 hour) course you will learn all of the fundamentals on how a rescue is performed in a swiftwater environment, how rescues are conducted in floodwater zones, and how to assist a swiftwater rescue technician or unit in a rescue. As a swiftwater rescue operator, you'll perform your skills in the riparian/shoreline at an incident. During this course we cover various skills including swimming.
