1) Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.Â
2) All payments to Moor Luxury Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Moor Luxury Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds.
3) Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Passport. Â A valid U.S. Passport is required for this trip. Â Refunds will not be issued to those without a valid passport
4) Prices are subject to change without notice. Â Please make your reservations today to lock in your price.Â
5) The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.Â
6) Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments, if applicable.
7) You can log on to Wetravel at any time day or night to review your account information.
8) Name changes are allowed with a $75 name change fee.
9) Late payment of $50 is required after final due date. Â All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
10)Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice.
1.)The initial deposit is due no later November 18, Â 2023
Any reservations made after the deposit deposit deadline of  November 18, 2023 are subject to the vendor's price change (if any) and room availability.Â
2.) Payments are invoiced through Wetravel. Â Reminders are sent for payments from the original form of payment.
3.)Â While we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, we are here to make your experience as seamless as possible.Â

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. This is because we negotiated agreements with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future.Â
With that said, please know that we love to see "happy clients". To avoid having to eat the trip costs if you need to cancel, please see the Travel Protection Insurance section below.
The Covid-19 pandemic has taught us that "anything can happen". Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend travel protection that helps provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss or delay, medical expenses and more.Â
It is recommended that you select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Anything can happen- missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency may arise. Protect your investment.Â

Â If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should) Â most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit.
