Welcome to Taste The Shift, A four-day regenerative retreat. An immersive and co-created journey focussed on Shifting Horizons in food. Nestled in an ancient Italian Food region, we come together to embark on a regenerative journey exploring the potential of food to heal soil, water, physical and mental health, communities, or in other words, life on earth. We’re are creating a space for food professionals to deeply root in the regenerative and conscious food sector.

Our pricing philosophy is based on a donation-based profit principle. This means, initially you will only be asked to cover the external costs of the experience (see overview below).

After the retreat we ask for a donation, based on the value you feel you perceived. For the donation afterwards, we suggest a range between €500 and €2500. This is purely a reflection of the value and expertise, not a set expectation. We have set our expectations aside for this first retreat.  We are mostly curious about what will happen.

If you preferred room type is booked out and you are not flexible with choosing a different room type, please let us know. We do not want this to prevent you from participating and will see, if we can free up an additional room to make it possible for you to join.
