Enjoy a catered vegetarian lunch. Mindfulness, mudras, and mantras will begin the afternoon session.
Spend time setting your intention for the year with designing your vision board.
Restorative yoga and yoga nidra will allow your mind, body, and spirit to relax and reset.
Retreaters will close the day with a gratitude circle.
