About this trip

This is our 2nd Clearwater trip. It’s wonderful. Vince, bob, and Julia can’t do enough. The wyndom is gorgeous. All the activities are very well organized and timed perfectly. The games this year were in section 103 good but last year we have the box one game. But it was fine.  The dinner cruise was delicious and a lot of fun. I’m never disappointed with this group. Having been an event planner for 30 years I can say that this trip was extremely well planned!  Vince, Julia and Bob all did a great job!  
Everything was thought out from beginning to end.  This was not our first trip to Spring training , but our first trip with them.  We will never go with anyone else!  We will be back!  Thank you for a great time!!

Traveled with Vince to San Diego to see Phillies Labor day weekend.  Was a great time.. Everything from start to finish was  excellent. From airport bus to Margaritaville Hotel and rooftop party to walking a couple blocks to Petco Park. Will do again! 

Great weekend trip to Pittsburgh and two Phils games.  Of course they lost both close games we saw but the experience and accommodations were excellent.  Top notch all the way.  If I had to pick on something it would be that the bus was a little old for a long drive.  The guys took care of us though. I look forward to using your services again and cant wait. Thank you.

My friend and I traveled with Philly Sports Trip to see the Eagles DEFEAT the Cardinals out in Arizona. All I can say is that W.O.W! Vince knows how to put together a trip. The hotel was amazing, the events were event better, and the hospitality was the best. 11/10 would recommend Philly Sports Trips! 

I traveled with this group for spring training and had an awesome time. From the hotel down to the game seats, you couldn’t ask for anything better. Everything offered for this event was everything you could ask for and more. It was completely worth the price. Vince and the groups professionalism and organization are unmatched. 
The only thing to note if you are planning to travel with this group is inquiring about the average age. We were considerably younger than majority of travelers in the group.

Highly recommended! Vince and Julia. ran an amazing quick getaway weekend to celebrate the EAGLES in Arizona! Met friends for life, stunning location and well organized.

Couldn't of asked for a better day and even better company to tailgate with. Vince and the crew at Philly Sports Trips put on a show as always for the DC trip to Washington. Top shelf food and drinks did not disappoint.  The entire NEPA Bird Gang and I here from Wilkes-Barre, Pa had an absolute blast. Can't wait to do it again, see you all at the Meadowlands for giants game. Go Birds!!

Overall, we had a great time. I was slightly disappointed with the food/soda at the tailgate. It seems the menu was trimmed down and The soda ran out. We didn’t get bagels on the bus.

Exceeded expectations!  What a great trip from start to finish.  Tailgate was amazing with delicious food, and fun music.  I went by myself, but was never alone.  Can’t wait for my next trip with Philly Sports Trips!

It was great being among all those faithful Birds fans for a fantastic win at MetLife.

The food was excellent, the beer was excellent, the seats were excellent, the weather was superb, my date was sweet,  the bus was just OK and the driver, hats off to him for putting up with really bad NJ traffic!

I would do it again tomorrow!

I feel that this review may be repetitive with many others that took the time to do the survey for this trip. First please let me say the staff that was with us on this trip were phenominal and are just wonderful at their jobs. We know that they probably did the best that they could under the circumstances. I truly feel with the email updates, especially once we knew the flight was cancelled seemed as though Philly Sports Trips was not prepared with any type of back up plan knowing that this hurricane was coming for days. Some type of back up plan should have been in place and it was not. Even after we arrived in the airport we received emails that made it sound like going to clear water was still a good possibility when there really was never any chance of that. 

I have stayed at the Wyndham in Clearwater. It is a 5 star hotel on the beach on a strip that has many bars and restaurants along with a trolly service to other areas off the island. We stayed in the airport for 2 nights with not much to do and no way of going anyplace to fill our time. We had spent almost $400 in food while we were there. The booze cruise was cancelled, where we were supposed to have an open buffet with premium alcohol and we ended up at Tampa Joes with a finger food buffet with a limited open bar. Instead of going to Coco bar where we were supposed to receive 2 drink tickets and an open buffet we received appetizers with 1 drink ticket at the Airport Hotel.

Again, I want to say that we realize that this was totally out of your control regarding the circumstances and I realize that Philly Sports Trips is in this to make money but as a business owner myself I also know that sometimes you have to eat some of the profit or maybe even take a loss when a job does not go well in order to keep the customer happy and want them coming back for more business. In that spirit I truly feel Philly Sports Trip owes the participants on the trip a partial refund for the differences of what we did not receive, with the hope of us attending another one of your trips.

We had an awesome time....Julia was tremendous and helped ensure everyone enjoyed the experience.  Food, drink and music was fantastic.
I would suggest that under super hot conditions, perhaps have some types of fans, and mist centers available for customers.

Had a great time.  Well organized as always.  Enjoyed meeting new and old acquaintances.  Will hopefully be traveling again with Vince and company.

This was the adapt and overcome trip due to a Hurricane Helene. But the trip group really did a fantastic job accommodating the circumstances. Julie was fantastic!

Been wanting to do something with Philly Sports Trips for a while. Only did the tailgate because I didn’t know that many people. Needless to say I had a blast. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I look forward to planning a more extensive experience in the future!

This trip just proved why Philly sports trips has no equal The entire crew and especially Julia made sure that a hurricane was not going to put a damper on our trip. thank you thank you thank you 

This was my first time attending one of your events. I was disappointed with the communication in regards to the location of the actual tailgate itself.  It took several calls and emails to FINALLY get someone to tell me the address.  I kept being told that the location was in my emails. It was not. They finally realized this and then decided to give me the necessary information.  I proved I was a paying customer, so they could’ve simply forwarded the address vs. making me jump through hoops 

Given the many obstacles that the group had to endure, the group did an amazing job navigating.  PhillySportsTrips always goes above and beyond and I have no doubt they will continue to do so

It could have been better planned. It was very hot. There was only one tent, and everyone was packed under it . The poor people serving drinks were melting in the sun, as was the food (including shrimp in cardboard boxes). Literally 3 more tents would have changed the game. 

This was the second trip for us and just like the first, it was a great time. I'll be booking next year for the Cowboys game in Dallas.

I loved the New Orleans trip with the Philly Sports Trip crew. Looking forward to doing it again. The only thing I would change is making the trip even longer. Everything was tremendous.

Everything was GREAT!!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! GREAT TIME!!! GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS!!!! We were right in the middle of everything. 2 blocks away from Bourbon Street. We had a GREAT River Boat Cruise!!! GREAT Pep-rally !!!! GREAT Tailgate!!! blocks away from the stadium and we had a band MARCH us to the game. Vinny and his crew did and do a great job this was my 5th trip with them and it gets better every time cant wait until the next one!!!!! 

My brother and I had a great time in New Orleans. The pep rally on Bourbon Street and pre-game tailgate were a lot of fun. The food and beverages at the pre-game tailgate featured tasty New Orleans cuisine, and it was great that you also featured Bird Gang liquors. It was also great to see so many Birds fans in the Big Easy. The band leading us to the stadium was amazing. Our tickets to the game gave us a great view of the action and it was fun to be surrounded by so many fans in a sea of green. Thank you for an amazing experience.  Cheers!

We were very disappointed that the trip was not canceled as we received much less than was planned and paid for. Instead of 4 nights at a beautiful hotel on the beach (group rate $269) we spent 2 nights at an airport hotel in Orlando,  and 2 nights in a hotel in Tampa (group rate $149).  Instead of a boat cruise with entertainment, buffet, and open premium bar, we were bused for over 2 hours to a sports bar with horrible food and a limited (far from premium) open bar. Instead of 2 drink tickets and a buffet at Cocoa Bar, we received one drink ticket and a buffet at the airport hotel one evening.  The quality of the food, drinks, and atmosphere were nowhere near the same as planned.   

We do want to say that Julia and the staff were wonderful and tried very hard to do what they could under the circumstances.  We met a lot of wonderful people!

We feel very strongly that Philly Sports Trips should provide us with a partial refund because what we paid for was not what we received.

I had a wonderful time on this trip to New Orleans.  It was my first time travelling with the group and I plan on going with them again in the future.

Fantastic trip special shout out to Vincent , Julia & Dooney  you made my 1st trip with you comfortable and fun for a solo trip answered my questions and made sure it was an excellent and memorable experience in NOLA. 



WOW!  What a trip! We had an outstanding time! The trip was very well organized and everything was takin care and ran so smoothly!  The boat ride, the pep rally , the tailgate all were super fun and we can't forget the EAGLES win! Vince and his amazing team are a class act! I will absolutely travel with Philly Sports again! This is the 5th Eagles excursion we have taken with Philly Sports Trips (PST) and it did not disappoint!!!! The staff at PST are very friendly and helpful. Everything, from the chartered flight, the sail on the Mississippi, the pre-tailgate party on a balcony on Bourbon St, to the jazz band leading us from the tailgate to the stadium is top notch! You can not go wrong traveling with Philly Sports Trips! You will have the best time and collect many fabulous memories along with creating new friends.

Absolutely an incredible experience!!!  Vince, Julia, and their team know how to plan an epic trip for a group of 200 die-hard Eagles fans!  All we had to do was show up at the airport and we felt like VIP for 4 days.  The buses to take us to the hotel were brand new (only 2,000 miles on the odometer) and they met us right on the tarmac so we didn't have to enter the airport upon arrival.  The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and our room was so comfortable and peaceful. Everyone in our group commented on how they got the best sleep!  The events were all-inclusive and the food and drinks were top-notch!  They didn't skimp on anything.  The special guests for the trip mixed and mingled with everyone at the events. This trip also had the perfect amount of planned activities and "free time" to explore New Orleans. Our tickets to the game were great, and an Eagles win was icing on the cake.   

Vince and Julia were always accessible and are genuinely NICE people.  You can tell that they work super hard to make sure each trip is perfection and they go out of their way to get to know everyone.  This was our first trip with Philly Sports Trips and it absolutely won't be our last.  

This was our first time we joined an event when we were out of town for a sporting event. The people on the boat were so fun & friendly. The food was great and the music did not disappoint. It was a relaxing ride with lots of good vibes & cheers 🦅🦅🦅 We will be back for other events!

This trip was top notch from start to finish. The charter flight was great, and the hotel was 5 star. We really enjoyed the boat trip on the Mississippi. Great food , music and dancing. The pep rally on Bourbon St. was a great way to get ready for the game. The tailgate on Sunday was at a super location only a short walk to the stadium. Of course the game was great as we won a close one. Shout out's to Vince, Bob, Julia and Dooney for another well organized and fun trip. We have traveled several times with this group and they never disappoint. We can't wait for the next trip!

This was one of the best experiences I have had for traveling to a destination to cheer on the Eagles.  From the moment we got to the Philly airport through the actual game experience the team at Philly Sports Trips did a phenomenal job.  Every aspect of this trip was well planned, the travel the various festivities including the river boat cruise, pep rally and tailgate were great.  Even with a large group you felt like everyone respected you and really cared about your experience.  I would highly recommend this group for any sports travel, trip of a lifetime.

This was our first trip with Philly Sports Trip, and we had a FABULOUS Time.  Thank you for a seamless experience from start to finish.  The hotel was fabulous with effortless check-in experience since we were simply handed our keys upon arrival to the hotel.  The accommodations were nice and comfy.  The scheduled events were all nice with opportunities to explore on our all.  Everything was in walking distance, which I did not mind walking as I indulged in the food and drink offerings included.  Many Thanks for this GREAT trip!

Except for AA leaving our luggage along with the bags of 20 other travelers in Phila, we had a great time. Our Rio de Janeiro experience was perfectly paced and well thought out. The private affairs added a great personal touch. The Sao Paolo segment was well planned except for the bus ride to the stadium. If Vince hadn’t been on our bus we might still be circling the stadium. The seats were great and all in all was a very memorable trip. Second time we travelled with PST, and can’t wait for the right opportunity to travel with the group again. Job well done  Vince & PST team!

Was an amazing trip!  This trip was carefully planned and flawlessly executed!  This was my first trip with Philly Sports Trips, and I’ve already booked 3 more!  I wouldn’t trust anyone else.  They have set the bar too high! 

Top 5 trip of a lifetime! Great trip with one of the best trip organizer. Flawless setbacks, and great energy. If you have any doubts on going by yourself, DO IT.
