We needed to find a suitable DofE residential for our son who was working towards his gold award. For a student with special needs, we needed to find something that worked for him. The Trekco residential was ideal for the range of activities, excellent location and choice of accommodation, we chose camping as a natural extension to the expedition. The team were approachable, and able to answer any questions beforehand. The residential was a great success and our son had a really great time and enjoyed every minute of it from trying the many new things such as weaselling, rock climbing and abseiling to meeting new people and making friends. He was a little apprehensive beforehand but what a difference when we picked him up! He completed the activities, helped out where he could and worked well as a team. This has raised his confidence and will help him now to complete the remaining elements of his gold award. I would highly recommend Trekco.

Staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. Overall, I loved the experience!

My son had a brilliant time on the expedition. It was well organised and my son felt supported throughout the trek. He also made some great friends. Special mention to the expedition leader, Bruce, who was highly experienced and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
