Come together for 6 days and 7 nights at Rayos Del Sol just north of Nosara with three radiant Yoga Instructors and Holistic Wellness Experts.
Nestled on a hilltop, this retreat is complete with ocean breezes and a sunset viewing deck.
Daily Yoga and Meditation classes, afternoon Workshops, delicious local meals, and outdoor excursions infuse the retreat offerings.
Morning Yoga and Meditation sessions are designed to awaken and inspire curiosity; to invite self-inquiry and discovery all while overlooking the gorgeous jungle and coastline.
Afternoon workshops provide specific tools to help absorb our experience and to cultivate deeper lessons through the rest of the winter season and beyond. Specialty topics will include Advanced Postures, time-tested Ayurvedic Nutrition and modern-day Self Care, Therapeutic Techniques and an Introduction to Yogic Philosophy.
We have a variety of other options too! Lounging on the beach or the pool, surfing, walking in nature, or exploring the nearby town of Playa Guiones are a few other activities that can round out your experience.
Massage, reading, journaling or doing nothing at all are also excellent ways to practice a little extra relaxation and self-care.
