The Lounge Family Meet and Greet is back and we are going international!! This Meet and Greet will be like no other so get your passport ready and let's bring our Lounge Family Meet & Greet back with a bang and our first year international.  This trip is scheduled July 21st, 2022 - July 24th, 2022 and we are planning way ahead to give everyone time to prepare! We are going to be staying at RIU Palace Antillas!  This Meet and Greet is adult only and will be taking place at RIU Palace Antillas but we will have the option to play and stay at RIU Palace Antillas and RIU Palace Aruba!   Riu Palace Antillas the ALL-INCLUSIVE, ADULT ONLY resort, OR RIU Palace Aruba that is ALL-INCLUSIVE and welcomes families.

Your package includes more than just the all-inclusiveness of the resort.  It is packed with all of the Meet and Greet Events but also allows you some time to enjoy the resort and do your own thing if you want.  But please make sure whatever you do, you are front and center for our beach party meet and greet like no other we have done before! Please note that adults staying at RIU Palace Aruba will be invited to all Meet & Greet events but they will be ADULT ONLY. If any children are apart of your stay, arrangements will need to be made on your own accord for their care.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our contractual agreements with hotels and multiple travel vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds after booking to guarantee our group discounts. Travel insurance is offered and strongly encouraged you can review the information below to protect deposits and payments.  

The purchase of Travel Protection or Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if " happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it! To request a quote for your package please click here.

Also, check if you have a "Cancel For Any Reason" policy which also requires purchase within 1-21 days.

PAYMENTS

1. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or account. You will be sent automated reminders. 

2.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to  lfmng2022@gmail.com.   We will do whatever we can to accommodate any changes just please understand we are under contract and at the mercy of the suppliers.  

Deposits are due no later than July 1, 2021, to secure your spot on this trip. 

The final payment is due April  1, 2022, for all packages.

Your reservation will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation policies in place if payment is not made in full by 4/5/2022. 

All payments and deposits are applied toward your reservation to secure your spot on this trip. 

For your convenience, we are accepting electronic fund transfers from your bank for payment.  If for any reason your payment is returned by your bank there will be a $35 return payment fee accessed and you will have one (1) opportunity to make up the payment using a debit or credit card.  All future payments will need to be made by debit or credit card going forward as a result of the returned payment.   If the payment is not made up within 7 days of the return payment or before the final payment deadline you will be subject to immediate cancellation, a $35 returned payment fee, and the outlined refund policy if any payments have been previously collected. 

Participation in the events listed in this itinerary can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Please note that if you do not purchase the full package you will not be included in activities booked for the group.

CREDIT CARD AND ACH PAYMENTS

Payments by credit card will incur a standard 2.9% transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% for AMEX. There are no fees with ACH bank account payments. ACH transfers will not post to your reservation for 5-7 business days.

Current Travel Policies 

As we all know we are currently experiencing restrictions with travel due to the national pandemic.  While things are constantly changing and will likely be changed again by the time our trip is scheduled it is necessary that you are made aware of the current requirement to travel to and from Aruba, but also keep in mind should there be any changes that effect our trip you will made aware of right away.  

Currently to enter Aruba an ED Authorization form is required to be submitted no earlier than 72 hours before you travel and no later than 4 hours before your arrival.  Should this policy still be in place during our trip dates you will be sent link to complete the form 72 hours before our scheduled trip.  

The authorization form will request Passport information, flight information and negative covid test results.  

To renter into the United States currently there is a policy in place that also requires you to have  a negative covid test to reenter the United States.  Currently RIU Palace Antillias and RIU Palace Aruba have covid testing on site at the resort included with your stay, so at no additional cost and testing will be scheduled upon arrival if this policy is still in place during our scheduled trip.

 During your stay at RIU resorts the following coverage is included with your reservation:

At Riu Hotels & Resorts, our customers are what matter the most, and that’s why we care about your safety. The service offered by RIU will cover, among other contingencies, medical attention, surgery, hospitalization and emergency medical transport, with up to 30,000 euros per guest; it will also cover extensions of hotel stays of up to 14 nights for medical reasons for all guests in the booking, as well as medical repatriation of the guest and return tickets for the other guests in the booking for the same reason.  

What basic coverage does it include?

• Basic cover during the trip. Medical care, surgery, hospitalisation and medical emergency transport: Up to €30,000 per guest.
• Costs of extending the length of stay for members of the booking for medical reasons: Up to 14 nights per guest.
• Repatriation of guests for medical reasons

If there are not enough attendees to fulfill the trip at the group rates we have been provided by 5/31/2021 or this trip is cancelled by the organizers for any reason you will have the option of a full refund of any monies paid or our trip being repriced with the number of confirmed attendees we have.
