We live in a time of over stimulation. We are constantly going, doing, socializing, creating, and have very little time to focus on ourselves.
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from your everyday routine, to step out of the matrix and into mother nature. Connecting to yourself, and treating yourself with so much care. Giving yourself exactly what you need to feel nourished. This is your time to rest, relax, move your body, release, meditate, and experience pure bliss!
This retreat is for anyone who identifies as she/her or them/they.
Sign up by April 28th to save $100. Prices will increase $150 after this date.

Three vegetarian meals a day consisting of fresh local fruits and vegetables, fish will be served occasionally. Fresh coffee, tea, juice, and drinking water will be available throughout the day. We welcome all dietary restrictions.
Playa Negra is Puerto Viejo’s black sand beach that stretches just over 10 kilometers of volcanic rock sand and crystal clear waters. Often more secluded and quiet than Puerto Viejo’s white sand beaches, it is great for surfing, swimming, or a long beach stroll.
Puerto Viejo is different than the rest of Costa Rica. Puerto meaning port and viejo meaning old, it’s a town full of rich culture, music, afro caribe vibes, and all things Pura Vida. What makes this place unique to Costa Rica is that it is essentially the melting pot of the country with Jamaican and Panamanian immigrants, Indigenous communities, local Costa Ricans, and expats from all over Europe and the Americas.
Rooms will be cleaned daily, and wifi is available all throughout the property.
Flights should be arranged to arrive at the San Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO)at least one day before the retreat starts. You will need to book one night’s stay near this airport. Our shuttle will depart from the airport on August 28th at 8:00 AM. Please contact me before booking your flight.

We can expect to have temperatures as high as 90 degrees F in the peak of the day and as low as 60 degrees F in the evenings.
