This pilgrimage back to the last door some of our ancestors crossed on the motherland, is a very special journey which will be filled with emotions, laughs & memories. As much as we'd love to bring everyone on this epic experience, we KNOW that traveling to some parts of the world where some of the basic necessities we enjoy at home are luxuries, is NOT for everyone!
This trip is "Invite only" because we want to preserve the energy/the vibe we imagined for this trip. If you're the type to complain about anything in a group dynamic---this is not for you. This is also not for you if you need any 1st world amenities : (24/7 electricity, 24/7 running water, Air conditioner etc ). If you cannot get used to unexpected changes, getting in small boats---this is not for you. If you lack patience & have issues with tipping, this is also not for you. You must also be able to secure the Yellow fever vaccine in order to participate on this trip. (There is currently a shortage of this vaccine in the U.S.)
Airport code is "DSS"--Only Delta serves Non-stop flight from NY May 19-25.
This is for you if you easily adjust in social settings, you go with the flow and make the most of any situations, you're comfortable "trooping it" if needs be, you don't have strict dietary needs and you fit in easily everywhere you go.
