You may cancel your participation in The Retreat Experience at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

It is an extraordinary commitment to bring this immersive experience to our guests and, therefore all payments are non-refundable. This includes registration fees, late fees, full payments and installment payments. 

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, if the retreat must be cancelled in its entirety for any reason,  all guests will be notified immediately and given instructions for a refund.

If you are no longer able to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to transfer your ticket to someone on the waitlist for a transfer fee of $100 and we will extend a courtesy refund of the difference. Again, we cannot make any guarantees but will always do our absolute best to be of service to you.
