Cancelation Policy Terms & Conditions
Please note that once your deposit is processed, it cannot be refunded as our vendors are paid upfront ahead of time. Thank you for your understanding. Please read carefully through our cancellation policy and message us if you have any questions or concerns.
Deposit and payment terms: Please note that the deposit and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits must be received within the time specified at the time of booking in order to confirm your booking. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, you may transfer the trip to someone else. Payments after the deposit will be non refundable 90 days prior to trip any cancellations before this period will be taken into consideration and you will receive a partial refund.
Cancellation charges: Please note that deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event of a travel ban due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, disasters, war etc retreat dates will be altered. No refunds will be granted. It is vital you book the correct travel insurance once you book the trip.
Final payment: Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip. Please ensure this is paid to secure your space.
Vaccination: It is important upon each traveler to check the rules and regulations in regards to vaccination demands in each country. Each traveler must ensure that they meet the criteria upon entry. Please visit your health centre for guidance.

Agadir to the tranquil expanse of the Sahara, where towering dunes, starry skies, and the silence
of the desert await.
You’ll traverse the rugged landscapes of southern Morocco, trek alongside seasoned guides and
gentle camels, and immerse yourself in the timeless beauty of Erg Chigaga, the Sahara’s largest
and most magnificent dune system. Along the way, you’ll experience the rich culture of the
desert, savor traditional meals, and rest under the clearest skies you’ll ever see.
Day 1: Journey from Agadir to M’Hamid El Ghizlane
• Early Morning: Begin your adventure with an early morning pick-up in Agadir. As you leave
the bustling city, watch the scenery transform into a beautiful medley of mountains, valleys, and
arid landscapes.
• En Route: Enjoy scenic stops along the way to capture breathtaking views of the Atlas
Mountains and the surrounding countryside. Pause for refreshments and take in the serene
desert atmosphere as you approach M’Hamid El Ghizlane, the gateway to the Moroccan Sahara.
• Evening Arrival in M’Hamid El Ghizlane: Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation, savor
a traditional Moroccan dinner, and prepare for the next day’s trekking adventure.
Day 2: Meet Your Local Guide and Begin the Trek
Morning: After a hearty breakfast, meet your knowledgeable local guide and the camel handlers who will accompany you on your journey. Learn about desert life, safety tips, and the itinerary ahead.
• Start of Trekking: Begin your trek into the vast expanse of the Sahara Desert, heading toward
the majestic Erg Chigaga dunes. Accompanied by camels carrying supplies, traverse the serene
desert landscape dotted with tamarisk trees and rolling dunes.
• Evening Camp: As the day ends, set up camp under the starlit desert sky. Enjoy a delicious
dinner prepared by your guides and revel in the tranquility of the desert night.
Day 3: Deep into the Desert
• All-Day Trekking: Continue your journey deeper into the heart of the Sahara. Each step
reveals stunning panoramas of towering sand dunes, endless horizons, and a profound sense of
isolation from the outside world.
• Rest and Exploration: Along the way, take breaks to explore the unique flora and fauna of the
desert, and learn more about the traditional nomadic lifestyle.

Itinerary
After arriving at Agadir International Airport our team will be there to meet you as you come through customs. (Everyone will need to book flights to arrive in the afternoon)
TRANSFER IS INCLUDED AT 2PM - If your arrival time falls outside the scheduled window, you will need to arrange your own transfer. We can assist in arranging this for you at an additional cost.
