About this trip
Join Hillary and Nikki for a day of yoga, relaxation and beauty in the heart of wine country. Two classes with ample time for lunch, a spa treatment, and soaking in the geothermal pools. Use of the incredible facilities at Solage Resort included.
During the break, you can purchase a poolside lunch, order from the award winning Solbar, or journey into town for a bite at one of the local restaurants.
Refund Policy
The $50 deposit to hold your space is NON REFUNDABLE. The remaining $100 is refundable if cancelled by March 31st, 2019. Final payment is due March 31st, 2019 and no refunds after that date. Lunch is not included but you can purchase lunch at the Solbar or offsite. Outside food is not allowed.
What’s included
- Morning Yoga ClassThis two hour class led by Nikki and Hillary will be challenging and strengthening.
- Afternoon Yoga ClassThis session includes stretching, breathing and meditation to end the day calm, clear and relaxed
- Facilities at SolageFrom arrival until departure enjoy the hot tubs, swimming pool and grounds of Solage's beautiful Napa resort.

A five star experience. Of course, the yoga was fantastic: paradoxically uplifting & grounding. Accommodations were luxurious. The food was beyond amazing; I do not know how Mhairi created exquisite meal after meal. But the real cherry were the people. Nikki attracts very wholesome & authentic souls. What a blessing to come home with real friends.

I have been studying yoga for a few years and feel lucky to have found Nikki Estrada as a teacher early on. This was my first week-long retreat with her. The setting, in the quiet countryside of the Marche region of Italy, was beautiful and relaxing. Throughout the week’s yoga practices, Nikki nourished and guided us through all the yoga dimensions (pillars). My practice deepened during the week and, a few weeks later, I am still feeling the benefits and seeing the progress. It was wonderful and well worth it.

This trip exceeded my expectations. Nikki handled everything perfectly. She met everyone’s personal needs in a professional and loving way. August, her assistant was on top of everything, allowing the retreat to run smoothly. The food was outstanding! The Villa was beautiful. The day trips were unforgettable. The yoga classes, that we attended twice a day were educational and relaxing. We’re already looking into her next retreat 🙏

Fantastic retreat! Nikki is an extraordinary teacher and retreat organizer. I felt supported and cared for on every level. The location in Italy was stunning! The accommodations in gorgeous and comfortable villas, delicious and creative healthy food prepared by a private chef, serene practice space with all props provided, the interesting and fun excursions…everything mindfully and thoughtfully designed to offer an exceptional and memorable experience! Can’t wait to attend another retreat with Nikki!

I had a wonderful experience on my Curated Yoga Retreat! Everything was seamless from the airport transfers to the vendors and excursions we interacted with during the week. The organizers clearly put a lot of time and effort into finding the right chefs, massage therapists and tour guides. I felt well taken care of throughout the week and came home feeling rejuvenated. Would definitely attend another retreat planned by this company!
