About this trip

A unique tour that will make you go back in time to discover one of the greatest civilizations in the world. We offer two ways to get there:

By Plane:

In just one hour you will be in Flores Petén, where they will wait for you to take you to the archaeological site of Tikal, and returning to Guatemala City at night.

Bus:

This is a longer trip, but at the same time cheaper, where you will travel all night until you reach San Elena and meet our transport and guide to go to Tikal, take your tour and at night start the trip back to Guatemala city.

By bus:

The departure of the bus can vary from 7 to 9 pm depending on availability.

Day 1: You will travel overnight on the highway that leads to the Atlantic.

Day 2: Upon your arrival in Santa Elena, our work team will be waiting for you to take you to breakfast (not included) and meet with the rest of the group, to make your tour to Tikal. In the afternoon they will return to Isla Flores to walk and get ready to board the bus, bound for Guatemala City.

Day 3: Arrival in Guatemala City and transfer to your hotel.

They never showed up for the walk. There was no contact info given when I made the reservation. Overall, I would never book anything through WeTravel again because there is NO contact info given for the tour operator.

Our guide was there on February 17, because there were 2 more parties for the same tour. I personally sent a message to you by We Travel inbox with my personal WhatsApp and you never reply. I am sorry, but we never give up anybody on our tours.
