COVID-19 Travel Notice
Toasted Life requires all guests to provide negative COVID-19 test results 2 days prior to joining the trip or proof that the guest has been vaccinated. Toasted Life recommends that all customers verify their airline COVID-19 policies, requirements for entry into Tanzania and Zanzibar and associated travel insurances.
Toasted Life invites guests to enjoy this experience and it is our aim to keep you safe throughout the trip. However, we have no special knowledge of health hazards such as the risk of contracting Covid-19, either during the guest travel or at the guest destination. For the latest travel health information, the customer should review the State Department's website at travel.state.gov and the CDC's information at www.cdc.gov/travel.
Toasted Life is not to be held responsible for Covid-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings or quarantines. For the latest Covid-19 government travel regulations, guest should review IATA's website at www.iatatravelcentre.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposit: Except in the event of a travel ban to Tanzania and/or Zanzibar in connection with COVID-19, the deposit is non-refundable.
Amounts Paid in Addition to the Deposit: Prior to June 30, 2021, you are eligible to receive a refund of any amounts paid, less the $450 deposit. To request a refund, please email experiences@toastedlife.com.

- Round Trip Air TicketYou are responsible for your International and/or Domestic air travel to Dar Es Salam, Tanzania
- Tanzania Visa On ArrivalVisa is required for entry into the country which you are required to pay for at customs once you're off the plane.
- MedicationsAnti-malaria medication is recommended.
- Travel InsuranceThis is optional, but we recommend it just in case.
- Meals Outside ItineraryYou are responsible for meals outside of the specific itinerary meals provided.
- Additional ActivitiesActivities outside the itinerary
- Alcohol and softdrinksYou are responsible for your own beverages unless stated otherwise.
- Nightlife entrance feesYou are responsible for any nightlife entertainment outside of our scheduled VIP night on the intinerary

Available Packages
**These rooms equipped with a queen or king sized bed and are specifically for guests who are comfortable and willing to share the same bed. Purchasing one of these reservations only covers one guest. You will need to purchase two of these if you are purchasing for you and your bedmate.

If you decide to select this accommodation option, please identify the persons name (who has also paid the full price) that you will be sharing the room with when you reach this question on the buyer info section.
**These rooms are equipped with two beds. Purchasing one of these reservations only covers one guest. You will need to purchase two of these if you are purchasing for you and your roommate.

– If you are booking this space as a solo traveler, the second bed will be made available to another traveler.
