Let's revive, refresh and renew at the spectacular eco-chic Pachamama retreat center in Baja Mexico. Located just north of the effervescent beach community of Todos Santos, this magical retreat center wraps its guests in the electric colors and beauty of mother nature, where the desert meets the sea. Join Carla for a boutique retreat experience that will offer students a balanced blend of invigorating morning vinyasa rooted in deep & connected sequencing that will lift our vibrancy for the day and juicy evening sunset flow to smooth out the body and mind, sealing-in all of the joy of this magical retreat. When we are not practicing yoga, luxuriate with optional spa treatments and other activities such as surfing (surf lessons available), sea kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, nature hikes, or cooking classes. Beach sunsets, sparkling ocean light, and delicious cuisine await you.

About the Instructor
Transformed by life experiences (both beautiful and challenging) and the different styles of yoga that Carla has practiced and trained in over the last 25 years including, Bikram, Ashtanga, Hatha, Power, Jivamukti and Iyengar, she brings a sense of empowerment and fun, both in the physical body and energetic spirit, to every class. Through intention, vigor, strength, humor and pranayama her goal is to have every student leave class feeling longer, leaner, refreshed and renewed. Carla's style of teaching focuses on precise instruction that underscores the important relationship between alignment, breath, fluid, dynamic movement and strength building. Carla has spent the last 4 years living in Tokyo, Japan teaching daily classes, workshops and leading retreats throughout Asia. From this experience brings a deeper sense of adventure, light, and zeal to her vigorous flow. She puts an emphasis on thoughtful sequencing and pace, giving students a strong physical practice and a deeper internal connection. Her classes are physically and mentally challenging, however she always works to meet students where they are each day. She delivers each class in English and Sanskrit with an original playlists of music ranging from hip-hop, pop and deep house to jazz, Alt and Chanting. Carla incorporates demonstrations when needed and hands on adjustments. Her goal is to create a space for expression, enthusiasm, fun, sweat, reflection and renewal.

The dobe and wood construction exterior is complemented by a sleek and modern interior complete with all the comfort and amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Situated directly outside the villa, there is easy access to the villa’s kitchen, dining hall and Yoga studio.

This reservation provides accommodations for 1 person in a Tee-Pee that will be shared with one other person. If you would like to share your Tee-Pee with another retreat registrant, please each book separately and email amy@mettayogastudio.com with your roommate request and we will pair your with your requested retreat-mate.
There is a non-refundable $500 deposit. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If we are able to fill your space, we will do our best to reimburse you, less any fees we cannot recover. However, if we cannot fill your space, no refunds can be given. We always recommend the purchase of travel insurance just to be safe.

This gorgeous suite is located on the second floor of the Villa and contains two queen beds. The Suite offers beauty, modern amenities and privacy. All villa suites feature a walk in closet, in-room personal safe, private terrace and spectacular ocean views. All villa suites are air-conditioned.
