Tomblins Tours Cancelation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
*A deposit is required for each seat purchased and is non-refundable and non-transferable, No Exceptions! Once a purchase is made, we incur processing fees and allocate time for your reservation, making this policy strict and non-negotiable. If you allow someone else to purchase your seat for you or make a reservation in their name for you, the same rules apply to them and you !!
*Final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after 45 days prior to tour departure for Red Eye & Day Tours and 60 days prior to tour departure for Overnight & Extended Stay Tours. If you wish to recover your final payment, you must sell your seats yourself, and while we will assist in selling them if you ask, we cannot guarantee a sale.
*Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the tour experience, as enjoyment is subjective to each person! We do our very best to ensure an awesome experience for everyone!
*Additionally, no refunds will be provided for changes related to COVID-19 or if you contract the virus. Travel is at your own risk & Tomblins Tours will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to stay informed and book accordingly.
*Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise advised by our motorcoach company! No refunds or credits will be given if you cannot attend due to bad weather or road conditions in your area.
Available Packages
Three guests will be sharing 1 room with two queen beds.
Two guests will share 1 room with two queen or one king bed based on hotel availability.
Single guest will have their own room with either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed
Itinerary
Thursday, Oct 24th
Noon Depart Cabelas (1510 Conservation Way, Lexington KY) You must arrive by 11:30 am. Please park on the left side of the parking lot in front of Freddies Custard.
2 pm Depart Marathon Gas Station (28583 US 23 Catlettsburg, KY 41129) Be sure to put this exact address in Google Maps. This Marathon station is not in the city of Catlettsburg, it’s on US-23 at Burnaugh. You must arrive by 1:30. Please park on the left side of the parking lot, behind the trucks in the gravel area.
3 Depart Park & Ride (4344 Teays Valley Rd Scott Depot, WV) You must arrive by 2:30 pm
If you chose to leave your vehicle parked at each of the boarding locations during our time away but in doing so You WILL BE leaving them parked there (AT YOUR OWN RISK)! Neither Tomblin Tours NOR the Restaurants/Businesses involved will be held responsible for anything that may happen to your vehicle while parked in their parking lot for the duration of your tour. Also, you must park in the areas listed above! These businesses are kind enough to let us use their parking lots so we want to be respectful of their wishes. If you do not park in these areas the business reserves the right to tow your vehicle at your cost, and while unfortunate, you would ultimately be responsible for all cost associated.
5-6 PM Dinner stop/boarding location (on your own) Bridgeport WV
Several rest stops throughout the night
Friday, October 25th
Early AM stop to freshen up
9 am Drop off in Boston
7 pm Our motor coach will pick us up at drop-off location and take us to our hotel for the night.
Saturday, Oct 26th
9 am Depart our hotel for Salem Ma
9:30 ish Arrive in Salem MA
10 pm Depart Salem
Sunday, October 27th
Rest stop to change & additional stops throughout the night
7 am Breakfast at Cracker Barrel (on your own)
Rest/snack stops throughout the day along our route.
2-7 pm Arrive back for drop off at boarding locations
