Join Kelly Smith, founder of Yoga For You and the host of the Mindful in Minutes podcast for a weekend immersion training in restorative yoga. In this 22-hour training you will learn everything you need to be able to teach the practice of restorative yoga. 


In this weekend immersion you will learn

-Restorative yoga poses

-How to properly use props to set up poses and modifications

-The benefits of restorative yoga and rest

-Relaxation techniques and restorative pranayama

-Hands on adjustments to deepen relaxation

-How to teach restorative yoga and incorporate it into your yoga practice

-How to support your students in finding peace in a chaotic world

-Savasana workshop- how to create a strong and transformative savasana for your students

Such an amazing and informative experience learning about Yoga Nidra! I personally engage really well with Kelly's style of teaching which included a mix of both lecture and self-experience in addition to lively discussion! Kelly was very thoughtful to consider the location of the studio for the safety of the group and gifted small bags of goodies which were such a nice treat. I felt empowered to create my own yoga nidra scripts and teach a class of my own.
