awesome trip! The guide was really nice. The horses were chill and listened to any given commands.

Amazing experience! Our your guide was super attentive, and we just had some of the most unreal views. Door-to-door service, with our luggage taken from our accommodation in La Fortuna to Monteverde. Would highly recommend this super unique experience!

Beware!! I wish I could give a zero star rating. Unfortunately, even though we purchased our tickets 2 months in advance and confirmed the tour a week prior, our tour was cancelled the night before at 5:30pm due to a "change in the number of participants"; whatever that means. Because of the late notice we were unable to find another company with availability. Very disappointing. To make matters worse, we were told we would receive a refund status email within 48 hours that I'm still waiting for 12 days later. I'm told I'll hear "soon" from accounting but I've not heard anything so I have disputed their charge with my credit card company. I cannot recommend this company and would warn you to look elsewhere.

Very disappointed in this company. Had seen good reviews and booked a trip with them. The evening before I had a text message saying they’d cancelled and would send a refund. Apparently decided they were no longer going g to provide the trip but no other explanation. Good job I actually had some signal on my phone or we would have been waiting for them at 8am. Whilst I understand as a traveller that these things can happen, it was extremely last minute and affected our onward stay in Tortuguero which we were then changed for late cancellation. We have not received any refund. I have been emailing them and initially told it had been processed but that was 10 days ago and still no refund! I have tried to email back but am now getting no response which I find very bad form and unprofessional. I feel they are just taking out $180 thinking we will forget about it. Now we are going to have to get out credit card company to recover and this is all very poor. Really hoping they will do the right thing and refund us without visa having to remove them from their payment service due to poor business practice. I cannot comment on the non existent trip Please be aware when thinking about using this company.

We had such a great experience bungee jumping with Monteverde Tours! The employees were very kind and helpful and we made so many great memories! Thank you!
