Daily yoga classes are thoughtfully guided by Neil Wadhawan, whose approach supports each participant’s personal growth and well-being. The retreat features a delectable array of vegan/vegetarian meals, with occasional fresh fish or chicken available. An optional plant medicine ceremony, led by local shamans and guides, offers a profound opportunity for spiritual exploration and insight. Surrounded by the awe-inspiring Andean landscape, this retreat blends yoga, nourishing cuisine, and sacred traditions to foster a deep sense of connection and rejuvenation.
To Consider
Please note that the plant medicine ceremony is included in the retreat but remains optional. A detailed description of the ceremony will be emailed to you directly. The ceremony will take place at a different location than Samadhi, our retreat center. You are welcome to make your final decision about participating in the ceremony after reviewing the information provided.
To make the most of your experience at Samadhi, I strongly recommend arriving a few days early to acclimate to the high elevation. The altitude can impact individuals in various ways, so taking this extra time to adjust will help you fully enjoy the retreat’s activities and natural surroundings. By allowing yourself this period of acclimatization, you’ll be better prepared to engage in the rejuvenating yoga sessions, savor the delicious meals, and participate in the optional plant medicine ceremony with greater ease and comfort. Arriving early ensures a smoother transition to the retreat environment and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the transformative journey that awaits.
