Part 1 - VIRGIN VOYAGESAugust 16-21 The Dominican Daze Sailing to Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic and Bimini, Bahamas on the Valiant Lady. If you have never experienced Virgin Voyages, you are in for a treat. New, modern, and sexy ships are the standard. I can't forget to mention that they are adults-only ships. All sailings include all-inclusive dining with no buffets and non-alcoholic drinks, complimentary wifi, and all gratuities included. There's no surprise bill at the end of your sailing. Guess what? Virgin Voyages is currently including a $300 Bar Tab and $100 Sailor Loot per cabin (subject to change). What does that mean? It means Virgin is also covering your alcoholic drinks and giving you an additional $100 per cabin to use any way you'd like towards an excursion, the spa, or shopping on the ship. Book by October 31, 2023 and receive an additional $50, $100, or $200 sailor loot per cabin depending on which cabin you select. That's more free money!

You've watched him long enough. You've laughed with him and you've laughed at him. If you have not had the pleasure of meeting him in person, you are long overdue. Arrive at the host hotel, the Intercontinental Miami, on August 15th to meet Craig and your other traveling buddies for a Welcome Dinner before we sail away.

This portion of your package will be booked here. After your deposit, payments will be deducted monthly from the card on file on the 20th of each month until the final payment on June 20th. Protect this non-refundable portion of your package by purchasing travel insurance using the link in your confirmation email. We highly suggest purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason policy which must be purchased within 21 days of making the deposit. View insurance options here..
NOTE:
1. We highly recommend arriving on the 15th to avoid issues with flight delays, cancellations, etc. You do not want to risk missing the sailing and you do not have travel insurance.
2. If you live in Miami and do not need a hotel, you can select the package that does not include a hotel stay.)
3. We typically do not have two separate payment plans, however, in order for you to receive all of the great benefits from Virgin Voyages, it was best for you to book it separately. We do not want you to miss out on that $300 bar tab. So book now, before the offer is gone.

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.
2. All payments to Global Travelers LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.
3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!
4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments).
5. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
6. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee..
7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account and a $50 fee will apply.

FINAL PAYMENT IS JUNE 20, 2024
1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.
3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel. You will receive payment email reminders to the lead email address used to register.
4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@globaltravelersllc.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Packages are not al la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities.
6. Deposits and payments with Virgin Voyages are subject to their terms and conditions.
If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Global Travelers LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future. See Travel Protection Insurance below.
Cancelation with Virgin Voyages is subject to their cancelation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of making the deposit, you can request a refund. After 7 days, a future travel credit is issued.
COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen". Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise. Below is a link to several insurance companies. We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should) most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit. You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance. Select the travel insurance link to view policies.
