Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, your deposit/first payment will be refunded. To cancel, email AdventureLadiesRefunds@gmail.com. After 48 hours, refunds are not guaranteed. If the trip is sold out, Adventure Ladies will make every effort to fill your spot. However, if your spot remains unfilled two weeks before the trip, a portion of your paid activity fees may be refunded depending on the cancellation policies of the booked businesses and refundable meals. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance, as it can protect you in case of unforeseen circumstances such as medical, family, or work-related issues.

This charming suite features a queen bed, hand-painted sink, and private garden views. It includes plenty of closet space and a private entrance, but shares a bathroom with the attached Owl’s Nest room. Perfect for someone who wants semi-privacy in a beautiful setting.

Welcome to Your Desert Escape!
🌞 Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at Tucson International Airport by 3 PM, where you’ll be greeted and shuttled to our stunning private villa nestled on 10 peaceful acres.
🏡 Settle In: Explore your room and take some time to wander the villa’s beautiful trails, gardens, and labyrinth. Meet the friendly on-site horses and soak in the serene desert surroundings.
🌄 Sunset Gathering: As the sun begins to set, we’ll meet on the villa’s upper deck for a warm welcome, Southwest-inspired appetizers, and our first craft margarita of the retreat (non-alcoholic options available). Relax, connect, and enjoy the stunning desert views as we kick off this incredible weekend.
🔥 Dinner Under the Stars: Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy a casual, delicious taco bar dinner by the fire pit, sharing stories and laughter as the night sky fills with stars.
