Travel Document Requirements
A valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date or an Original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID.
Booking Information and Payments
When booking the trip, you will register and pay your deposit and all payments on the site.
If you prefer to make future payments via Zelle, you can send to twinKonnections@gmail.com or cash app $twinKonnections. Please include your Reservation Number in the notes when submitting payment.
We can also set up your account as an auto pay option. Please let us know.
When booking the trip, if two people are sharing a room, please select the double occupancy and add 2 in the selection option. You will then be able to book for each person. If each person makes their own booking, select the double occupancy and add 1, and indicate your roommates name in the registration form.

Airport Information
Each person will be responsible for booking your own round-trip flight from home to Miami. You can check pricing for options on priceline.com or Southwest.com.
When booking your flight, you can fly into Miamai, Florida to the Miami International Airport (MIA), which is 15 minutes form the port or Fort-Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), which is about 45 minutes from the port.
The ship will depart at 5pm on the day of departure. Everyone must be checked in 2 hours before the departure. We recommend flying in a night before in case any issues with the airlines and arriving no later than noon on the same day arrival.
For your flight home, the ship will arrive back into Miami at 6:30am but could take up to a 1 hour before disembarking the ship.
Cancellation Policy
If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh?
Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

One-Night Stay at the Moxy South Beach Hotel. Located on fashionable 915 Washington Avenue, Moxy Miami South Beach is steps from the ocean. Attractions near the hotel include Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Parrot Jungle and much more.
Only one person in your booking needs to add the option to your account. This room has one bed. Note: The rooms are not huge. The hotel location is great and there is a pool, and a roof top area.
