Days 2-6 (example schedule)
6:00 AM: Wake up and go on an early morning stroll or run on the beach
7:00 AM: Enjoy a fresh gourmet breakfast
9:30 - 11:00 AM: Invigorating vinyasa yoga class
10:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Free Time! Lunch at 12:30pm. Go surfing, hiking, horseback riding or ziplining. Or relax by the pool and get a massage. Occasional optional workshops such as Make Your Own Mala, the Yama and Niyamas, and Partner Yoga.
4:00 PM: Relaxing & Grounding Yoga Class
5:30 PM: Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the beach!
6:00 PM: Enjoy a fresh, gourmet dinner
8:00 - 9:00 PM: Occasional evening activity (Yoga nidra, satsang, beach bonfire, etc.)
