This trip did not make the minimum participants. However, we asked to have a similar itinerary even if it would be self guided. The guide set us up with a schedule, lodging, bike rentals and suggestions for eating and stops during our daily rides. He picked us up from the airport and we got a great tour of St. Louis and he met us for the last 20 miles of our ride. It was a great experience and a beautiful week on the Katy Trail. Thank you!

The Katy Trail is amazing! A midwest gem that needs to be discovered by all! Joe and Nick set up a great trip. We were well supported. The town of St. Charles at the end of the ride is not to be missed!

Tour du Mont Blanc 2024 - August with Fit 4 Adventure! This was the second major trip we trip with Fit 4 Adventure (we were on the Iceland trip in 2018). Tour du Mont Blanc was truly an EPIC adventure. The views were spectacular and beyond our expectations. The hiking was challenging for us as we are a couple in our 70s even though we had trained hard before the trip as our guides had recommended. We weren’t able to train in areas with elevation, but we completed multiple day long hikes with weighted back packs prior to the trip. The only recommendation we have is to try to complete some training hikes on technical trails. What really made the trip so enjoyable were our guides, Nick and Kristin. They encouraged us the entire trip. Nick led the way and took breaks as needed while Kristin hiked at the rear of the group with my wife and me. We quickly earned the nickname “ The Caboose”. Even though we were the slower members of the group, we always felt encouraged and motivated. Kristin’s morning yoga exercises were a big benefit and alway got us off to a good start in the mornings. The refugios were as advertised- you must be willing to experience the beauty of Mount Blanc even if it means giving up some privacy during the trek. Overall the food was and accommodations were great. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who has the desire, is in good physical shape and really wants to experience the Alps.

Switzerland offers an unparalleled setting for an active vacation, blending breathtaking natural beauty with top-tier outdoor adventures. My recent trip with Fit 4 Adventure exceeded all expectations, combining alpine hikes, thrilling canyoning, and serene kayaking in crystal-clear lakes. They thoughtfully planned each day with the perfect balance of activity and leisure. The food was incredible and so was the company of the other guests! I loved everything about this trip!
