Discover the famous Tannat in this Wine tour.
The tour starts with a personal pick-up from the Montevideo cruise port/ hotel.
In this tour, we aim to visit just one winery but spending more time in a face to face meeting with the owners and winemakers from the winery.
You will enjoy a winery visit, and a paired gourmet lunch with wines at a boutique winery.
This tour is perfect for shore excursions, or day trips, the schedule will be fixed according to your preferences.
You will be guided by a fully bilingual local guide, wine enthusiast, who will show you the real Uruguayan culture and the famous Tannat Wine, and will introduce you to the history of Uruguay as well South America.

Borravino Wine Tours was created by professionals born in Mendoza and Uruguay who were passionate about wine in our personal lives but working in other fields. One day not so long ago we decided to give up our day jobs and dedicate ourselves to what we are really love - wine and the culture surrounding it.

We had a great time. Our driver was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. The wineries we went to were very nice and different from one another.
Salentein is a state of the art winery, very elegant. Their prestación and wine tastings were very good. Then we hit a smaller winery Finca Adelma and the owner was there and came to greet us which was awesome and the third was Finca Don Carlos. The lunch was a 5 course one. Very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tours in Mendoza and in Uruguay - each with terrific driver/guides named Agustin! The wineries selected were all excellent and the lunches were terrific. Superb introduction to these two wine regions - we highly recommend Borravino and their team!

I cannot express how amazing our trip was. The company went above and beyond helping us to and from the Mendoza airport. We had a breath taking day in the Andes and three days of wine tasting. Everything was well planned and very organized. Marcelo was the best! The wineries selected gave us a full picture of Mendoza’s wine. Truly a wonderful experience!
