Tour Package Cost: $2,500 (Tour for Two Adults) / $1,250 Per Adult

Tour Deposit: $250 Per Adult to reserve and guarantee tour package.

Tour Payments: After Initial Deposit, Remainder Balance to be Paid in Four Flexible Payment Installments.

Payment Options: We Travel Payment Portal, Zelle, Cash App, Vamos Hospitality Payment Portal. (All Major Credit Cards Accepted, ACH Transfer, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link by Stripe). 

Requirements Upon Booking: Identification, Deposit, Tour Agreement, Release and Liability Waiver, Credit Card Authorization Form, Credit Card Dispute Agreement, and Emergency Contact Form, and Health Privacy Disclosure Information Form. 

Cancellation Policy: Vamos! to Nashville Music Group Tour by Vamos! Hospitality 

Cancellation Policy states and enforced Cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours to the date and time of Booking and Payment Received.  After 24 Hours from the time of booking CANCELLATION is no longer available. This Tour is a NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE AFTER 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF BOOKING AND DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL 45 DAY ON APRIL 1ST, 2024 PRIOR TO TOUR START DATE.
