About this trip

The project was started in 2012 by planting the first vines, to start the wine production in 2016 and the construction of the main building to subsequently open its doors to the public in October 2018 when the first wine harvest was ready for consumption and commercialization. We are in the heart of the Bajío, where we promote enology, wine tourism, gastronomy and local development, which in conjunction allow us to delight each of your senses. Our restaurant with traditional cuisine is surrounded by more than 60 hectares between vineyards and a lake, to make your stay a delight to the senses.

The team worked very hard on the hot air balloon trip. I chose the foto and video package. We watched the two balloons in front of us sail rapidly up and over the mountain. Our balloon stayed low, never picked up speed and just circled above ground. I don’t know if this was to keep the drone with us but all were disappointed. Our captain was great.

The Sanctuary of Atotonilco was gorgeous and just amazing. The driver/guide provided a detailed history of the area and stories regarding the church. My friends and I were so glad we didn't miss the beautiful adventure.

My friends and I had a fantastic time! Chef Bettie was amazing and translator Celario was so helpful. The kitchen was accomodating and seating on the outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying the great meal. Don't miss this adventure.

Our guide Jane was exceptional in her knowledge of the entire experience. The hosts were very gracious and exposed me to authentic Mexican recipes. The lunch that followed was memorable. Thanks, and Namaste
