As a newbie or a pro, we are all working on the same skills: better balance, traction management, vision and strategy. The ADV camp methodically builds your skills by carefully layering each new piece of knowledge and motor skill to rapidly advance your offroad riding. While teaching, we focus on reducing the risk to rider and machine during the learning process while enhancing the thrill of riding.
Penmerryl Farm is a riding mecca with 135 acres of private fields, purpose built trails, grass, steep hills, singletrack and doubletrack trails, logs and natural obstacles.
Certain boots and tires are required for this course. Take a look at this list for specific information. If you show up without the correct boots and/or tires, you may be unable to ride and will not receive a refund.

Sunday school is all about mastering trail strategies while putting your newly polished riding skills to use during a 4-5 hour ride on Sunday. This optional add-on is not just going for a ride, but is an intense full day of learning critical ADV riding strategies, developing road reading skills, and polishing your skills from the previous days in a real life environment.
If your guest (anyone not signed up for class) is planning on eating with you during the welcome and graduation dinners, please add this option.
If your guest is NOT staying in a room at Penmerryl and would like to join you for homemade breakfasts, please add this option.
Check-in begins at 3:00pm on Thursday afternoon. You will have time to set up your tent (if camping) and get acquainted with your fellow participants.
Around 6:00pm, join your fellow riding partners at the BYOB Tavern as well as the instructors (including Bret) and discuss what specific skills you will be learning. Dinner will be catered by Penmerryl Farm so don't miss it!
