CANCELLATION POLICIES - INDIVIDUALS

Cancellation of individuals must be made in writing to Creative Group Tours, Inc.

CANCELLATION OUTSIDE 120 DAYS All deposits returned less any fees assessed by suppliers or vendors. 

120-90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $100.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers. 

90-60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $150.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers. 

60-45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $200.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers. 

45 DAYS PRIOR UNTIL DEPARTURE NO REFUNDS. No additions, cancellations, or changes to group configurations can be made inside 45 days prior to departure (substitutions are acceptable)

What is not included?

Items of a personal nature (i.e. souvenirs, sundries, photos, beverages or snacks)

Meals enroute and during the itinerary not included

The kids did a great job but I felt like it was not well prepared as far as timing. There were days where we were so jam packed the kids had no idea what we were even looking at so it was hard for them to digest. Also I would definitely take out Union Station for safety precautions. Two of my kids I was chaperoning were approached by the homeless and one took her money right out of her hand. I immediately took my group out and across the street away from Union Station until we had to meet back up with the group which was almost two hours later. Other parents experienced this as well at Union Station this year and last year.

This trip started off rocky as our bus ran out of gas 6 hours into the drive. Overall it was great to see all of the sites however, there’s lots of room for improvement on how to handle as many people as were in our group to make it equitable. We were in the last bus (assigned) and were always last to get into places. This meant we were either rushed through places or all spots were taken and our kids had to squeeze in any available spaces and never got a chance to choose where and who they got to sit with. A suggestion would be to rotate how the different buses got access to things. Make sure the same people aren’t always going last and getting the left overs. Secondarily - it felt like we were either rushed from place to place OR there was too much time in between. It would be nice to have it be spaced a little more evenly.
