This package is essentially carnival made easy.  It includes top notch all-inclusive  hotel accommodations, events, and amenities all in one price. We also take care of the planning to provide you with a stress free, hassle free experience. There are no hidden fees and no gimmicks. 


The Bahamas Carnival week includes a variety of Fetes (Soca Parties) and Concerts but The main event is the Carnival Road Parade where revelers come out in their costumes to “play mas” in the streets of Nassau.


We are providing 24/7 concierge service with Local Guides to accompany you during your in destination travels and to all included events to answer questions or assist with special requests.     We pickup your costume & J'ouvert Kit. If necessary for any reason we will also facilitate mas camp visits.
  • Transportation
    Airport Pickup & Dropoff and transportation to all events. On-call private car services is also available to accommodate specific needs.
  • Welcome Gift Bag
    Gift bag including some carnival treats & souvenir items.
  • Photographer
    You will have the services of a roaming photographer to capture those memorable moments.

What’s not included

  • Airfare
    You are responsible for booking your own flight. You should book your flight to Arrive at the Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) located Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas.
  • Events not listed
    The events are predetermined. You can purchase tickets to events outside of the package, however you must advise us in advance to arrange transportation.

The Dutty Crew J'ouvert is the best way to kickoff your Bahamas Carnival experience. J'ouvert in The Bahamas wont get any better than this


The Pre-party begins at 8pm and at around 11 pm we will hit the road for the J'ouvert Road March. At this time the vibe level will be cranked to the max as you jam to the sweet soca music provided by our top notch local and international Djs. At 2am we return to the venue for eats and the cool down.

I would like to thank Ashton at Goombay Concierge for being the most fantastic host, for my first trip to the Bahamas :) I initially booked this trip in 2019, sadly due to the pandemic it was cancelled. Fast forward 3 years later, I'm happy that I was able to explore another Carribbean Island, network and meet some amazing individuals. Throughout the trip he made sure that all my requests were catered to including transportation. I could not have asked for a better host. Thank for your hospitality, it was an absolute joy meeting your friends too. See you again soon!

This trip was a long time coming. Began booking in 2020 and COVID canceled those plans. I grew irritated over the years, feeling like I'd never get a (full) refund and also, never get to experience Bahamas carnival. Throughout the years, beyond my frustration. Ask kept in contact whenever I reached out. He even communicated between myself and the band leaders. Once there, Ash was amazing. Everything was organized smoothly, nothing was left uncertain and each fete was fun! Ash definitely chose the rigjt fetes for the package. Since he is well known, once we told locals we were "with Ash", we got treated like special guests. Ash made us feel comfortable and safe while skinning out all over the place. We got everywhere at the perfect time and got home safely each evening. He was able to answer any questions we had, especially when the rainy weather delayed plans. I would 100% travel with them again.

This was the most stress-free vacation I have ever had! From our initial contact Ashton was very responsive, answered all my questions, and made sure all my requests were fulfilled. Our trip was great!!! Thanks to or organizer Ashton. He made the process seamless our pick up from the airport to the hotel he picked out for us and the room with a great view. We really felt at home the best part was the day trip that he booked for us with Aquaquest Escapes the guides we had was great and they knew alot about the islands very informative they really made us feel like family. I can wait to do a trip like this again!!! Ashton don't forget us please we are going to need another trip like this next year!!!🙏🏿💯
