Exploring the beauty of Thailand while focusing on my personal wellness journey, was the gift I didn't know I needed. Whitney and Tameika curated an amazing trip with such thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They were wonderful cheerleaders creating an environment where each woman felt empowered. We experienced great food, great people, and great camaraderie. I highly recommend!

10/10! This is the first "purposeful" trip I have ever taken, and it hit all the marks, and surpassed my expectations. Everything was well curated and thoughtfully planned. The food, fellowship and fun was unmatched and I'd like to participate in more trips such as this.

This was my first time traveling with Whole Experience and to Asia so I was a bit nervous but it was so worth it. The whole experience was more than I could have ever expected and I felt safe and at home here with all the beautiful souls I got to meet and connect with. Thank you so much Whitney and Tamika for making this experience soo memorable and so meaningful. This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had to date!

Review of The Whole Experience Thailand retreat 2 (July 28, 2024 to August 4, 2024)
If you are on the fence whether or not to book a retreat with The Whole Experience, I have three words for you…JUST DO IT!!!
This Thailand retreat was a transformative experience that combined health, wellness and fitness, as well as culture, fun, adventure and female bonding at a beautiful resort and overall safe space.
Our tour hosts Tameika G. and Whitney Gee were warm and friendly, radiating a naturally positive energy throughout the week. They meticulously organized and coordinated this retreat down to the smallest detail, including hotel and airport pickups, luggage handling, transport to and from event venues, delicious and healthy meals, in addition to thoughtful welcome and farewell surprises.
Tameika and Whitney also provided continuous support and timely communication with items such as packing and travel tips, healthy habit reminders (stay hydrated!), cultural nuances, suggestions for optional pursuits and navigating respectfully as a tourist in Thailand.
The retreat itinerary was expertly curated to offer an ideal balance of activities, ranging from daily meditation and fitness classes (for all levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced), yoga, journaling, personal development workshops, positive affirmations and gratitude boosters, spa treatments and pool time, as well as cultural, educational and fun offsite adventures. There was plenty of down time to relax in between events. Activity participation was optional, with no pressure to engage in anything you did not wish to.
I am thrilled I took the plunge and dove into a “The Whole Experience” retreat. This retreat exceeded my expectations in supporting my personal wellness journey, in addition to providing excitement, rejuvenation and self-care. I have already booked the 2025 Bali retreat and am looking forward to a repeat of a fabulous time.
In conclusion, I recommend you treat yourself to a “The Whole Experience” retreat. Once it is over, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t done so sooner.

Thee most exciting travel experience I’ve ever had. Tamika and Whitney are masters at their craft and have honed the skills to help others vibrate on higher levels. I’m sure my adventures will continue with them in the near future, and perhaps with some of you. Traveling the world 🌎 while enhancing our souls.
