This year has left many of us feeling wired, tired, both, or somewhere in between 🙃 Techniques to support calm in our minds, ease in our hearts, and the regulation of our nervous system are of the utmost importance in times like these. We invite you to join us for a weekend of virtual gatherings to explore and practice what we can do to invite balance into our minds and bodies through yoga, meditation, and community.

Classes are live but if you cannot attend, recordings will be sent within 24 hours of each practice and available to view for 7 days.
